We had a coolant leak, so our AC wasn’t keeping up with the heat. Zach clearly has extensive experience and provides excellent recommendations. Once we decided how to proceed, he provided effective and very high quality work! We won’t use anyone else.

Took lots of extra time to answer questions and explain options

We just moved into a new house and discovered late one night that our AC wasn’t cooling. I booked an appointment online for the end of the week. They called me the next day to offer a few earlier (including same-day) appointments. It was so easy to communicate/schedule! Zach was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour and gave me lots of helpful information about our new-to-us system. Our previous home owners didn’t leave us any paperwork about our system, so he showed me how to change and clean our specific AC filter and texted me an Amazon link so we could purchase them in the future. Thank y’all so much! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Love the Compass Club membership program! I no longer have to worry about remembering to change out filters and calling to have basic maintenance done on my a/c condenser and furnace. Zach takes care of all of that and even did a flush on my tankless water heater this time. My wife and I feel good that one of the most expensive things in our home (HVAC system) is being well maintained and cleaned properly and routinely maximizing the life of this expensive equipment. Luke and Zach have been an incredible resource for us over the last year. We were going to be moving to a heat pump to replace both our furnace and A/C (both of which well over 20 years old), and they not only kept the furnace and A/C running until this spring, but did an amazing install of the new heat pump which we couldn't be happier with. Regardless of whether you need repair or install, these are your guys!

Working with the Compass team was a great experience. I couldn't be happier with the service and the price was very competitive.

My furnace broke and the first guy came out from a different company had diagnosed, tried but did not fix the issue, said it was a much more expensive part and that I needed a new furnace. Zach with Compass was kind enough to show us each furnace test they run. He was able to diagnose the issue based on what we told him. We then did a full tune up which was completed the same day and the furnace works great!

In August 2022 Compass Heating and Cooling was our third comprehensive estimate for replacing our furnace/air conditioning unit. They were the most inexpensive by $300 and could come within a week. The other companies were a month out. Zack and Luke came out to our place in the mountains and the next day we had AC - never had it before. They were excellent communicators and were willing to explain everything about our new system. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their focus to stand by their work.

Zach came out to do a furnace diagnostic. They guided me through everything during the inspection including all problem areas and tests done. Zach explained every test that was done and the results. At the end of the inspection Zach gave me a few options for a tune up with no pressure. Decided to go for the tune up and service was done same day. Very happy with the results and Zach was professional and excellent to work with. Will be coming back to Compass for any future needs. Thanks!

If you are considering Compass, I would highly recommend you call already! I had an existing floor furnace that kept going out. I called eight other "top rated" companies in the area over several months. Some never called back, others only offered overpriced alternatives, but all were unhelpful. We worked with Zach, who stuck with us until we found a solution that worked for our home and budget. He was highly responsive, listened to our concerns, explained everything in great detail, and was very flexible. Hard to find a company/tech like this.

Good service

We contacted multiple service companies and got multiple quotes. Compass was the best of all worlds - responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We were so impressed we even signed up for their maintenance plan. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone.

Highly recommend Compass Heating and Cooling. We recently replaced two systems and the installation was flawless and on time. They have been extremely responsive to a few minor questions and the systems are working flawlessly. Much more comfort and the tech is great.

I reached out to Compass based on their 5-star Google reviews to assess a furnace issue I was having. I had another company look into the same issue last year and that company's solution clearly was not right as the problem reoccurred once I turned the furnace back on this year. Zach was awesome! He responded to my phone call promptly and scheduled a visit the next morning. He explained to me the various diagnostic tests he ran to determine the problem, then provided several no-hassle options and pros/cons for repair or replacement (the furnace is reaching its expected lifespan). I decided to replace the faulty part only, which he promptly ordered and installed the next morning. (He could have installed the new part that same afternoon, but it did not work for my schedule). Zach was very professional, straight-forward, no-hassle and provided the quintessential definition of GREAT customer service. This is how you get repeat customers.
