John Lambertson won't return your calls after you pay him upfront. No clue how this guy is still in business, cough.. cough..
Great company. Matt fixed the problem quickly and then gave me a quick synopsis of how to care for my A/C units and things that needed to be done as preventative maintenance. I will use them again in the future.
Great service at reasonable prices
Lovely place and location, I enjoyed the peace and quiet which allowed to work on some projects.
John came to my house in 2013 and and answered my questions about what would work for my house. He said he would give me a bid and sure enough by 5 pm the same day he emailed me a COMPLETE Bid detailed with everything that my house would need for the installation. I had two more companies come out to my house and they were polite and did email me bids but not as quickly as John did. I decided to go with JDL because the 3 bids were very close in price but I just felt like John wanted my job. We scheduled the job and it all went off without a hitch, exactly as John said it would including some unforeseen obstacles. JDL always returns my calls and comes to look asap if I have a problem. They also clean all my split units at least once a year so I can vouch for their continued service. I recommend Jon and his crew.
Got a quick call back from air conditioning service websearch and made appt for three hour window the next day. They never showed. Called and left message. they never called back. Completely unprofessional.
