My company used their service due not working Traulsen refrigerator / freezer in the property. The freezer part wasn’t keeping temperature at 0 C. And Traulsen refrigerator was not working at all. The technician who came to fix it told us that the freezer needed a recharge of 404a Freon, however refrigerator would need a new compressor. Their estimate was more than fair, comparing to other appliance repair companies, so we decided to fix both: refrigerator and a freezer. Few days later, when parts had arrived they returned to complete the repair. Now our Traulsen appliances working like new!
Alex helped us a lot with a commercial True refrigerator that wasn't cooling due to freon leak. Alex was able to find a leak, fixed it and recharged our True refrigerator with a new gas. Now out is running like a champ!
This place was phenomenal! They help me a lot by fixing our phone refrigerator in 1 day, when another 2 companies refused to help, saying there was no parts available. Thank you Peter and your team for work on my GE refrigerator and repair it so quick!
I had a wonderful experience with this company, staff are very nice and professional. I had an issue with my walk-in freezer at my store and technician diagnosed what was the problem in 5 min and ordered necessary parts on the same day. Extremely operative. Delivery was fast and I was able to make an appointment on the same day when parts came. Technican did excellent job on my freezer, now it works like brand new. This guys are lifesavers, highly recommended.
