Jennifer installed a high-efficiency boiler for our home recently. She is outstanding with so much knowledge. You can tell that she is endlessly passionate about her job and she'll talk your ear off about the technical considerations and planning if you are into learning. Her prices are very fair and while not the lowest, she it was the competitive and by far once we talked with her, she was the person we wanted to go with. She works so hard I felt bad for her. One of the nights she stayed until like 8:30pm because she just wanted to get some things done before the next day's cleanup. I can't say enough positive things about her, but that shouldn't surprise you given the other 5* reviews you see here. The one downside is because of her amazing work, her schedule is very full, so you might wait a bit for her to have availability, so hopefully she can expand her business and find an equally amazing people to help her out! You can't go wrong with Comfy Heating & Cooling.
I highly recommend Comfy Heating and Cooling. I have used them twice now and they are efficient, HOENST, and quick! I trust them completely and will only use them for my heating/cooling needs.
Jenn was terrific. I called and a day later one of Jenn's staff, Zil, showed up on time ready to work. About 15 minutes later I had heat. Zil stayed to make sure that my system cycled several times and also checked my combustion exhaust to be sure that my high efficiency furnace was running properly. I'm a five star electrician on Yelp and Google, so I know what good service is. Comfy Heating and Cooling was great -and very reasonably priced for a service call!

My experience with Comfy Heating and Cooling was excellent. Jennifer came over and was very thorough in assessing my issues, and showed vast knowledge about HVAC issues.Thus far feel I was treated exceptionally well as a valued customer. We are currently working on customizing what's needed for my project, before moving forward.

Jenn came out to repair my noisy HVAC fan, and replaced the defective unit the same day. It’s now running great! Pricing was upfront and fair, and service was excellent. Jenn will definitely be my first call for HVAC needs from now on.
Hired Jennifer to install a multi-zone mini-split system in our South Philly rowhome and couldn't be happier. Unlike bigger companies, I never felt like she was trying to upsell me. She was more focused on making sure our heating and cooling needs were met, that everything worked and looked the way we wanted. Very open and communicative through the whole process, from the initial estimate to the install and maintenance. Highly recommend!
Reposted from another site because it so accurately sums up my experience. After almost five (5) years of renovations, I have an excellent electrician, one amazing plumber, and now a fantastic HVAC and boiler contractor as well as a mini split expert. Jenn provided a weekday evening appointment to carefully diagnose the limited air flow to my second floor and an under-performing Trane HVAC unit. Three days later, Jenn proceeded to expertly build, reroute and masticate new and existing basement ductwork, in addition to replacing and creatively insulating the many ill-fitting vents throughout my house. Each vent now emits *maximum* air flow. The system is finally balanced- my second floor FEELS SO COMFORTABLE while it's 85+ degrees outside. At least two established HVAC companies couldn't do this. Will update this after Jenn services two boilers and bleeds two floors' worth of radiators in the fall.
Jennifer did an excellent job with the install, even with the unique challenges my house presented. There was an issue with the distributor delivering one of the parts needed and she stayed in contact with me the whole way through explaining what was happening. During the install she was happy to answer my questions and went above and beyond in delivering what was promised. Would recommend to anyone.
Jennifer was did an excellent job. I highly recommend Jennifer as she was knowledgeable (and took the time to not only fully explain things to me, but teach me about the system as well), friendly and reasonably priced. Please consider using Comfy if you need anything!

We scheduled Jennifer to come diagnose our ineffective home A/C unit. She has a very convenient online scheduling tool. She promptly found the issue and unfortunately it wasn’t something that could be cost-effectively repaired. She gave us a few options for replacement and was back within a couple days to remove the old unit and install the new one. We are very happy with her work. She was neat, thorough, and professional. Highly recommended.
Great service. Our AC broke and I contacted Comfy Heaing & Cooling around 6pm in the evening and I was contact via text within a hour. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Everything worked out. She was in and out in less than 45 min.
I called Comfy Heating and Cooling looking for immediate help at 4:30 pm on a Thursday night. My A/C was blowing warm air and it was a very hot day. Jennifer graciously agreed to come out that night, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the process and solution and completed the job in a timely and thorough manner. She is so knowledgable and charged a very reasonable service fee. I can’t say enough about Comfy Heating and Cooling - I will definitely be using them again.
Jennifer was very prompt for our initial meeting and provided a detailed analysis of my hvac system including several issues that could arise. She was very helpful with provided estimates and the entire process from start to finish.
I really can't say enough about how great Jennifer was. We bought a house back in February that was a bit of a fixer-upper, so we've had a ton of work done over the past four months and our experience with her was by far the smoothest one yet. After replacing a sewer line, adding new electrical and plumbing hook-ups for a washer/dryer, and countless other expensive projects, we were relieved to find that the issue with our AC was just a matter of re-wiring a few connections inside of the furnace unit. She only charged us the initial diagnostic fee due to how quickly she was able to re-connect the wires and fix the problem. The AC is now working great, but she also reassured us that if anything goes wrong she'll waive the diagnostic fee for the re-visit. It's always good when a service call ends up costing less than expected, so that you can be confident in the future if something major does go wrong that they've exhausted the lesser expensive options first.
Highly recommend! Our mini split system was all-around a job well done. Jen was super and transparent with her pricing, giving us several different options. Her work was very thorough, as well as neat and tidy. She did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. We were given a great price for high quality work.
