At first they were ok. They came quoted us a price are we said fine. Took over a month to have them come back which I had to keep calling every week to see if the part was in. So that my wife arranges an agreement with one of the female workers there (not paula) should leave her credit card information so that when they come or when they need payment it would be handled and nobody has to be bothered who lives in the property , obviously that didn't fall through. So then the day of the repair comes and they send the different technician who when he arrives is working on the wrong unit which I ask what happened to the first technician and explain to him it was a different unit. When they so-called was done with the job all of a sudden something else broke which was the compressor and now they wanted two quote us for $1,000. If something else was broken why didn't they add it to the first amount how do I know they broke something and now they're just trying to pass the buck to us terrible company don't recommend it if you don't believe me go to the Better Business Bureau they're not even acknowledge there and they make clear of it .stay away save your money I would love to see the work these other reviewers claim
Comfy Air was able to fix our fireplace just in time before Christmas!!! We bought our house in 2020 and our fireplace never worked; not having one has been bugging us for the longest and we finally decided to fix it for 2021. I’m very pleased with the work and the customer service we received. The technician came out and thoroughly examined our fireplace. First, he explained how our fireplace worked, then he explained the issue that was preventing it from lighting and then subsequently staying lit. As a woman, I’ve experienced servicemen assuming I won’t understand the problem or waiting until they can talk to my husband before going into detail (yes, even in 2021!), but I DID NOT have that issue with Comfy Air. Thank you guys so much for fixing our fireplace and giving us the opportunity to have the Christmas and New Year’s we’d been talking about for so long!!!

Very professional. When the tech could not fix the problem, owner of company came out to help. He also gave some great tips on cutting our electric. bill. I would definitely call them again.
I had a new thermostat, an additional air duct and all new registers installed, for air conditioning efficiency. Sam and Jessica had great teamwork, professional and went over the details of parts they were installing. Cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Comfy Air had been doing work at a business for which I worked. The building was old but Comfy Air was able to fix any issues that came up. Now I own my own business (in an even older building) and hired them earlier this year. From my understanding, the A/C units had issues for years but since Comfy Air serviced our building, we haven't had any problems! Great company, two thumbs up!
The technicians that worked on my unit were super friendly! The overall customer service of this company is outstanding! The quality of their work is just as great! I definitely recommend their work!

Hi everybody, normally it takes me forever to write a review on some service. There is always something, if you know what I mean..But I absolutely have to take a minute and recommend Comfy Air Inc to you guys. I've been in High Desert for about 8 years now and I happened to contact a number of AC companies . I'm not saying they were bad (some would never return my phone call, some would try to replace expensive parts that didn't have to be replaced,some were just plain rude) or not professional but it has been proven to me Comfy Air Inc company is the best for me. They are always professional, always knowledgeable,always honest and very reasonable. It's not easy nowadays to find people you could trust, but if you are looking for solid people to fix your heating or cooling issues,please do yourself a favor, don't hesitate to contact Comfy Air Inc and you WILL not be disappointed. great service, installed a newl. ac unit for us. Works great and would highly recommend the company. Workers Sam & Jessica did a wonderful job at installing our new unit. We recently moved here and called several ac companies and found Comfy Air to be very professional and Yuriy was very understanding of our problem with our previous ac unit to make necessary changes to make it a much better system.
Had this company come and inspect my house prior to purchasing it and they stated it worked good. The weekend we moved in and had family helping the ac would not go below 80 degrees. We called our warranty company and they sent out a company a week later. During that time the unit would work off and on, cooling the house below 80 and sometimes not. The home warranty company came and stated that the coil was failing with one quick test. That is unexceptable. If you are hired to approve a house please do a good check. Not just say it works. Having to pay for out of pocket expenses for work warranty doesn't cover. I also attempted to contact the company and the owner just got an attitude and asked to hire him if I wanted. That was out of the question. You lost my trust the first time.
