Friendly service from scheduling to completion! We found this company on the BBB with great reviews, and know we know why! They got my issue fixed within 24 hours of the AC breaking!
Don is a standup guy. Very knowledgeable, honest and personable. He came out right away and diagnosed the problem (we ended up needing a new HVAC unit) and he had it installed and working within 3 days. Here’s an example of his honesty: Don told us that the company who made our HVAC unit was offering a $150 rebate. It turned out that the rebate was actually for a higher level unit than the one we got. Without being asked he deducted $150 from the cost of our unit which he didn’t have to do. Great guy to work with. I highly recommend him. Tom Threinen

Don always does an exceptional job for us. Today he performed annual maintenance on our two heaters and said they’re doing just fine. In the spring he services our two air conditioners and has kept them running at peak performance for years. A couple years ago he installed an air conditioner in our garage, which my husband loves to use during Arizona’s summers. And today he helped us adjust our thermostats so they do what we want, when we thought we’d need to replace them. Don is completely trustworthy, punctual, and knowledgeable, fairly priced, and we recommend him to all our friends.
Don is Amazing! My old AC actually exploded and all the freon blew out of it! Week of heat wave no less. Called the original Co.that installed the unit 13 years ago,to pay $75 service call to tell me it is done. BTW my house would never get cool, so we've been suffering for the last 13years! Ialways asked that old Co if there was anything they could do....Nope. In any event called Comfotable Living Spoke with Jill, sent Don out right away! Don is very professional, come to find out the AC the previous co installed wouldnt cool the home because they put in a smaller unit!! Don got me an entire new actual YORK (not made by/rebranded) system .They also put a smart themostat, with a sensor for my Hotter area to balance out my temps! I was refered to this Company by my parents who also used them. So Glad I found this Company! Totally AMAZING!! Install was clean, professional, curtious, & respectful of my home. Company was sent by my home warranty to evaluate my AC. Tech said the AC unit would need to be replaced. DID NOT SEND DIAGNOSIS TO HOME WARRANTY AS OF YET AND IT HAS BEEN TWO DAYS.
Don responded quickly to my emergency request Saturday morning, and was out to help within a few hours. He was courteous and friendly, and had the problem assessed and repaired in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
My heating and AC units were over 16 years old and I was looking at having to spend a chunk of money to replace leaking condenser coils and would still have to worry about the rest of 16 year old systems, so I opted to replace the entire systems with new 16 seer systems. Comfortable Living got the new units in about a week after I made my decision. The crew showed up at my home at about 7:30am and had the install including testing and cleanup completed about 2pm. The new systems work great and I won't go into the summer months worrying about a breakdown.
