This company provided exceptional service to us, starting with an evening repair call. Marlyn diagnosed and then showed us the broken blower motor on our 32 year old furnace. The next day he returned and made several temporary fixes to allow our furnace to limp along while we examined our options. Ultimately we decided to use Comfortable Heating in replacing our old furnace and A/C system. We are very happy with the skills and professionalism exhibited and with the end result. Communication was continuous and friendly throughout the process, answering any questions we had about our options, the installation and future maintenance. We highly recommend this company.

I specifically recommend him for honesty and integrity and tell you honestly what it takes to fix a furnace. also the best price They just gave me a quote Was 6000 . Eeverybody else was 8000, 9500, 11,000. Wow And I had seen the quality of His work ten times I recommend him
Marlyn answered my call and got out to me on the same day! He was very professional and walked me through the whole process so I knew what he was doing and why the A/C wasn’t working. He ran all the necessary tests and put in a new air filter. He saved the day! Thank you again marlyn. 10/10 recommend

Awesome and responsive. Called them and came right out. Then did it again the following day for a second issue. Honest and reliable. Will definitely use again if I have any issues in thr future with my home or investment properties

Let me start by saying I should have done this review months ago, but I have been neglecting it. Marlyn, the owner, was fantastic. I reached out to him due to an emergency repair on my A/C this past summer, 2022, around the hottest days in the middle of summer. My A/C had stop running completely, but Marlyn showed up the very next day(as I had called him late in the day) and within 20 minutes figured out the issue and had made the repair in less than an hour total. He was my superhero that day. His rates were extremely reasonable, I expected to spend much more as it was last minute and a rush. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Marlyn responded to a "no heat" call immediately. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. Several days later he called to make sure all was well. He is extremely thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend him! A bit expensive when compared to other HVAC companies however.

They were great. FAST and they came literally the next day in Terrible heat. The work was done very well and the I traction was also great. The reason for 4 start instead of 5 is just the price. Which I don't blame them for- I blame the recession and post covid which is driving. Everything up. They have to match the recession changes. my total for the AC repair was 677.00 and the Nest thermostat installation was almost 200.00. This hit different on a hot day so we rolled with it. But anyway in my book I definitely would and will recommend them to Other customers they dud a great job and explained every thing and were super patient with me and the job. They are also Black owned which I was seeking when I looked for them and found them in a black business directory. OK so I went back and increased to 5 started after I read how goodle uses the stars. THEY ARE 5 STARS 🌟 🤩
Marlyn came over to provide maintenance on both our A/C units. He spent the time to diagnose the issue we had with one of them, and even though it took some time to figure out what was wrong, since he wasn't able to do the maintenance on it, he didn't charge us for that one! Quality work.

Very responsive! I was having people to the house; arranged to get out right away to help. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got everything running smoothly. Definitely would use them again.
Marlyn was wonderful to work with. He walked me through the installation process so it was clear what to expect on the day of installation. He also made a second visit to install my thermostat after the first one was faulty, no fault of his own. I highly recommended Comfortable Heating and Air Conditioning. You will not be disappointed.
