Went to highschool with the owner, Michael. While we have kept tabs via social media we haven't talked in well over 10+ years. Today I reached out to him about some issues my mother is having with her unit. (Out of state). Within an hour he had me on the phone explaining exactly what I needed to do to make sure my mom got the issue fixed without being taken advantage of. He knew his stuff and was very honest. And best of all he helped with with out expectation of business for him. This is the type of guy you want to handle your unit. Thanks again Michael.
For the second time Mike from comfortable air came through in the clutch again ! Hey recently installed a new hvac unit at our old house in 2019 and he did an awesome job and at a great price ! We moved into our new house recently and found out we had an hvac unit that was 20 years old. So I decided to replace it due the the long hot summer days and called Mike again. He came out the same day and we went over the game plan and had it installed the following week. Mike was honest, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. And no one can beat his prices , It was very reasonable. If you have any hvac needs I would definitely give Mike a call. Thanks Mike for saving the day again for keeping my family cool !
Michael was very responsive. Felt like he cared that my AC was out during the Arizona heat. He came out to help and even fit me into his busy schedule knowing that I had a 5yr old at home. Even went above and beyond and pointed out some areas that needed cleaning and cleaned it for me without me asking. I will definitely be using Comfortable Air again. I highly recommend. Michael was highly recommended by an electrician that I recently worked with. As soon as I reached out to him, he replied promptly, he was professional, set clear expectations, and kept communication with me regarding my upcoming appointment. He arrived to my home at the time he said he would. I really appreciated that he explained to me what he was going to do, what he found, and what he repaired in addition to any other recommendations. His fees for services provided are fair and reasonable. Working in a customer service industry myself for almost 2 decades building rapport and having great customer service goes a long way. Referrals are always appreciated in my line of business, and I am more than happy to refer other businesses to those that I know when I have received great service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! My Unit broke on a Saturday morning and this Company worked me in their busy day with no hesitation. They had my unit up and running within hours of my call. They earned a customer for life. They were very professional with the best customer service and everything was done in a timely fashion. Michael is very good at his job and has excellent customer service. Our AC unit kept turning off randomly in this hot heat and he was able to diagnose it quickly and take care of the problem before things for worst. He saved us from this hot summer heat.
