My service tech, asked what the problem was and immediately went to work. Due to a recent power surge in our community my AC has not worked. In less than 15 mins the tech (after replacing a part) had me up and running in no time…thnx!

Extremely professional, experience shows by just knowing there equipment used and what was wrong with the system by just what the teck could hear. Only took 2 mins to diagnose the problem and 5 mins to fix it. Will use again and again.
Comfort Zone Technician came and assessed the AC system. Stated system was not able to be repaired. Stated per Sears Warranty they would not pay for the new unit install and would be my responsibility to pay direct. He then sent me 3 price estimates for a new system.
Jeff was on time and very professional. Thoroughly diagnosed all system issues for reporting to my Home Warranty company. Highly recommend them!

Check unit for maintance program They change blower motor and module today. Is the module inside the motor? He changed it in about 30 minutes.
The technician, Daniel S. was on time and very efficient. He explained the A/C issues that may occur and offered advice for better utilization.
Very pleased. Technician (Daniel S) knew what to do to stop the air handler from freezing. He fixed the problem and replaced a leaking schraeder valve.

The worst! Not only are their techs not professional and don’t know what they are doing, I left a message for a supervisor to call me and never got a return call! If they were at least responsive and responsible, I would not leave a negative review. But no accountability is the worst!!!
