Used Comfort Zone HVAC for a replacement install. They did a clean job and ensured my needs were met. Would recommend them.
We had the unfortunate experience of using Slava Kobrin's services. Although installation was pricey, but it was worth it. We have very good units. However, Mr. Korbin is too busy to tend to any service requests. Over the years, the average wait time for service, even for "no heat" emergencies is many months, usually 3-5 months. We were recently advised April 2022 would be the earliest time for a "no heat" service. Could it be that he finds driving to center city or university city cumbersome? Or that there is no coverage over vacation trips? Either way, it is a real hassle to scramble through the internet to find alternate service personnel. If I were to do it all over again, I'd go for a contractor that has the ability to stand by and service the units that he has put in.

UPDATE: The response from this company is completely made up. They absolutely did not come here, the issue was never even about a filter?? I was living in this house in June of 2020 and they refused to come here to even take a look at the system. Everything they are claiming is completely fabricated. They must have me confused with another upset customer. This company was hired by the previous owner of the house I purchased. They supposedly serviced the system and repaired $1k worth of work, though nothing they claim they did was actually done. I called them after moving into the house and learning about the issues I was having, and they refused to come out because "it was too far" even though they're only located 5 miles from me. I was also told that I should just call someone else to do the work because "even if there were issues to be resolved, I'll still be charged for it". Awful customer service, awful "work" (even though they really didn't do anything they said they did), and incredibly frustrating that I am now left to address this myself because they didn't do their job in the first place and refuse to send anyone here to review the issues. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Very reasonable pricing and great service. They do not hesitate to work nights and weekends. I've used them on several occasions. Fist time, when my heater broke down during very cold night in February couple of years back. Technician stopped by and took care of the problem without charging me an arm and a leg. Contacted them again when my entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. Same as before - almost no wait time, professional service and competitive pricing.

Fast and very clean installation. The team took the time to explain and even offered to come back to install a different thermostat after we mentioned we were shopping around for a more high tech one. The price is also reasonable in comparison to other competitors. Would recommend to any friend needing a new system. Thank you!

We found Comfort Zone when we realized our original HVAC guys did not do a good job. They came out quickly, solved the issues very fast, and spoke with an obvious knowledge. Slava and Ivan are super energetic, prompt, accommodating and they indeed care about their customer satisfaction. They should really ask more of their clients to do google reviews, because I am sure I am not the only one in my enthusiasm for Comfort Zone HVAC LLC!

Very pleased with the service. You can call any time of the day and Comfort Zone comes to fix your air conditioner and heater at any convenient for you time. They will stay late hours to finish work. Great job! Will recommend to friends.
