Derek came within an hour of our call and had our boiler replaced the next morning (on a Saturday, no less). I would HIGHLY recommend him.
Derek came out to fix a leak coming from my bathtub. Turned out to be a lot more work than first anticipated, but he did a great job and was super affordable.

Derek was great. AC went out on a Saturday. Had another company come to give an estimate that night, Derek came out Sunday for a second estimate and blew them out of the water. Came by Wednesday, and completely installed new AC and furnace by Thursday. He was quick, professional, and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone, and will definitely definitely be using him in the future!

Derek is very responsive when you reach out to him. You don't have to wait days for a return call. He keeps you updated on when equipment is coming in and when he will be back out to do the job. He is thorough and follows up to make sure all is ok. His prices are very fair and competitive. He also put a gas line in for us a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Highly recommend.

Derek was extremely prompt to return my phone call when we noticed that there was something wrong with our furnace. His expertise and recomendations for a new HVAC was extremely helpful with balancing the temperature throughout our home and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Derek's company as he is hard working, efficient, respectful of leaving his work area just the way he found it and completed the work in just two days!

Old tankless water heater was giving us issues. Called to get it serviced they came out and Derek said there wasn't much we could do to extend the life anymore. He didn't charge me anything even though I wasted his time. Had him do up a estimate for a new one. Which was well priced. They hooked us up with the national fuel rebate and also added a Veteran discount on for me since I served in the Marines. Install was super fast and efficient. Derek even showed me how I can do the yearly service on it on my own to save service call charges for the yearly maintenance. Thank you for making sure we aren't taking cold showers. I highly recommend Comfort Zone! They were very quick and responsive when my furnace wasn't working properly. They worked with the manufacturer to make sure any warranty repairs were covered and went out of their way to get me back up and running.

No pressure sales, upfront pricing, no surprises. Woke up to a leaking hot water tank. Derek was prompt(could have been here earlier) and replaced the tank with out issue. Cleaned up great! If it wasn't for the water mark on the floor you would never know he was here. We will be calling Comfort Zone first for all of our plumbing needs going forward.
