A friend recommended these guys after they replaced the units in a couple of his properties. Jeremy and Tyrell were really helpful, explaining my system and what might be wrong with it. The pricing was fair and now our system works like a charm. Will recommend to anyone who needs HVAC service!

Outstanding service from the team! Tyrel and Jeremy were on time (actually early) and had our new furnace and air conditioner installed in an amazing amount of time. Very professional attitude and service from all. Thanks folks!

Quick and Professional Service. They arrived to do our work a few days ahead of schedule and completed the work (new furnace and a/c) the same day as planned. Jeremy and Chris were easy to work with and the new system is working great. There was one issue that we noticed shortly after the install was completed. When I notified Jeremy he remedied the issue the same day!

FANTASTIC!!! last Mon. my furnace was on its' last leg so i called Comfort Zone. Tues. morning Jeremy came to my house and examined my furnace. He gave me 2 options: I could put on a "band-aid-fix" that would get me through the winter, and cost less, but my furnace was old and in poor health and destined to die soon. Option 2 was a new furnace. After consulting with the boss (my wife) we decided on the new furnace. By Wed. afternoon Dave had installed the new Amana furnace, a new humidifier, a new digital thermostat, and was showing me how it all works. We are 100% satisfied and totally happy with the professionalism and craftsmanship this company has provided. I would recommend them to family and friends and to you.

Jeremy came to look at my furnace, and said my thermal sensor tripped to keep my house from burning down. He claimed the heat exchanger was split, and hot gasses + CO2 were being leaked. He turned off the gas, said it was impossible to fix, then quoted $1600 to install a new furnace tomorrow. The competitors technician used a CO2 sensor and found no issues. Then he checked the air filter...something Jeremy neglected to do. A terribly dirty filter was restricting the air flow, which is why it overheated. I needed a $7 filter, not a $1600 furnace. Run away as fast as you can from these guys!

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and after the installation we were getting a lot of dust in the house ... I mean A LOT! I called them up to have someone come over to see if maybe there was a bad seal in one of the ducts because the amount of dust we were getting in the house was not normal. He came out and said I just needed to change the filter and made up every excuse to not go under the house to check it out. Well, I don't blame him for not wanting to go down there because it was hot that day and I'm pretty sure he just wanted to go home. So I figured I would give the guy a break and see if changing the filter would solve the problem. The filter was changed and the dust seemed to be getting worse. After about a month and a half I called Jeremy to let him know that the dust problem was still a major issue. He said to call the office and set up an appointment. I have left 3 messages in the past 2 weeks and I STILL haven't heard from anybody. I feel that customer satisfaction is not in their best interest. EDIT: I forgot to mention that when they were installing the new furnace they had to take apart our back steps. Not a big deal, they had to do what they had to do to get it under the house. I get it. But they never bothered to put the stairs back together. They just left it completely unassembled and I had to figure out how to piece it all back together.

Have used them for about 15 years in my home and my rental unit. Customer service is awesome and i feel the prices are fair. Even during a busy time they can book me quick.

We were having problems with our furnace when they came out. They came out twice and weren't able to fix it either time. We ended up paying over $400 despite the fact that we ended up in the same place where we started.

Simple the best heating and cooling company that I have ever done business with! They serviced us twice on two different projects; Well Done. They performed 5 Star the first time, and repeated 5 Star service the next time. We're extremely satisfied with them.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible business, poor customer service. We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and took time off work to have our AC unit serviced. I called bright and early on the day of appointment, and was ensured they would be by shortly. Bums never showed, and didn't have the decency return any phone calls concerning the matter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very good experience, I had several contractors bid a furnace replacement and Comfort Zone came in with the best price in the initial bid. After we had tentatively scheduled the install, the owner called me and was able to give me an even better deal due to an incentive the manufacturer started running. The installation went smoothly, the installers were friendly and provided some good advice on improving the airflow in our older house. We have been really enjoying the new furnace ever since.

Courtesy staff. I was able to get someone out to me quicker than anyone else I called. Reece came out, spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem. Gave me the cost for repair or the cost of a new furnace and gave me info about rebates through Rocky Mountain Power. He didn't try and talk me into either option. He didn't charge me a diagnostic fee or "truck fee" like every other company I called. He seemed honest and fair.

At first my wife and I were a little skeptical. The eight reviews on google didn't bode well for comfort zone. But, I was given their information as a referral. I called and spoke to the owner and had a warm and informative conversation. After scheduling a pre-install I still had questions. I left a voicemail and received a phone call back a little later. With all my questions answered and having met Chris the owner and Reese his tech in person.I decided to schedule an AC and furnace install two days later. If I were you I wouldn't listen to the bad reviews. These guys were extremely professional, helpful, courteous, and quick. They had everything done same day. They sent me the receipt via email and even had most of the quest star gas reimbursement filled in for me. They get a bad reputation from only those "seven" who have had a bad experience. I'd contest there are heaps of good reviews from clients who have had an experience similar to mine. They just haven't put the time in to leave a review. To finalize this, give them the chance show you why they got my business and time to right this review.

Just bought a house last fall and the A/C unit was installed that February. Used for less than 2 months this year and it went out, wouldn't pump any air. Didn't know who actually installed it. Called Same Day. They came out, diagnosed an issue, few leaks, etc. Pressure way too high in the refrigerant, super nice fella. Found out Comfort Zone installed it since it's just over a year old, called em up, and tried to get them out. Reese came out when I was out of town and didn't do anything that I could tell as the unit isn't fixed. Wouldn't tell my tenant what was wrong either. Tried to get him back out or at least learn what was wrong. He wouldn't say except that the other guy I called was wrong and blamed him for sabotaging the unit. Called the company, barely get ahold of them and they wouldn't call back, wouldn't get me to the owner, just the good ol' run around. Reese was supposed to come back out but informed me, day of and almost 2 hours late, that I would have to pay as I called someone else first. Asked what the other company was going to charge to fix it THOUGH HE WOULDN'T TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG so why did he need to know how much to "fix" it when according to him was nothing wrong and he didn't fix it before? Irrelevant. Shady. Terrible. And never work with them. I odn't want them at my house, writing bad reviews, and all that good jazz.

They did an install on a Friday and never finished it. While doing the install they cut the flume for the roof mounted swamp cooler, then the swamp cooler tipped/fell over. They said that it was not their fault and that I would have to find a roofer to fix it. They did not complete the install that Friday and said that they would call me on Monday to schedule when they could come back. After several text, calls and emails I got a response 3 days later. The office manager called the Monday after that Friday wanting payment and I told them it was not complete and I was not going to pay until I said it was complete not them. They made wrong cuts in the sheetrock in my ceiling and they didn’t patch the hole that was created. The project manager stopped by and had to leave to another job site the Thursday after they did the install and was going to call. Never called back. I have had to be home from work now 2 days and it has been a week and it still is not complete.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Comfort Zone is a shady and unprofessional air conditioning service. Whatever you do do not purchase through these people. BEWARE! THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED TEMPSTAR TECHNICIANS. THE WARRANTY THEY INCLUDE IN YOUR PURCHASE WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE OF IT. Just try and visit their company address to see how shady they get. None of the addresses listed on their website or paperwork even exist. I know, I tried to visit them. The unit they sold me broke after the first year. Initially I was patient and tried fixing it through them. I spent two years and hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and finally I gave up. Once they realized I was a customer with a problem they avoided me by not returning phonecalls and perhaps even screening them. They were not efficient nor cooperative. Their service technicians repeatedly showed up under prepared claiming to "need a part" only to not ever return! After giving up and going to Humphrey's heating and air (I cannot recommend those guy enough. They were AMAZING) I spent an extra $700 trying to fix the unit. Alas, the unit was just a lemon. I called Comfort Zone for support but--no surprise-- I received a run around response from Maxine claiming Chris Torres, the supposed owner, would be in touch with me to get the situation solved. Again there was zero follow through. I was not given respect let alone any offer to refund or replace the unit. I can't even say I'd have accepted a replacement as my experience with the company was so horrific. Maxine pretends to be helpful but after a grand total of three years I had to put my mental well-being first and eat the approximately $2000 A/C investment with them. I should have listened to the cliche "you get what you pay for." That said if Comfort Zone ever wishes to rectify the situation I'm all ears. Until then just do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers!
