We live in a home that is over 100-years old and it was finally time to get comfortable in the SoCal extreem heat or cooler days of winter. We selected Comfort Time Heating and Cooling to do the work. This was a complicated job, but Miguel, Dezmen, and Juan got it done and done well. They were professional, friendly, courteous, and worked so hard. They communicated with us every step of the way. They did a great job cleaning up everyday. Angel was great to work with, as were other members of the team. We needed some extra help to figure out how to use the unit well, but they were patient and ready to lend a hand until we were more confident. I look forward to seeing Comfort Time again for the annual maintenance. We are so pleased with the gentle air now heating or cooling our home. What a gift! And Comfort Time made it happen.
It was a pleasure working with Angel and his fine crew on our new HVAC install. Everything was on schedule and delivered as promised. We recommend their company unreservedly. You can’t go wrong.
The Comfort Time Team is very friendly and professional! Jasmine was very helpful and informative. I just bought my home and was looking to get the AC repaired it seems like due to the crazy weather we have been having it must of needed to get maintenance. It looked like the previous owners lacked on getting maintenance annually. However, I was so happy to hear they could get someone here before thanksgiving! Kevin the technician came and patiently explained everything he was doing. He was very honest and repaired my AC same day! He made sure that I was 100 satisfied before he left. I will definitely use them again!
My technician Jose was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his thorough service, looking at everything for my heater and air conditioner. He cleaned out the air conditioner of any debris and leaves, inspected all my heater and A/C ducts in the attic and checked all electronics too. He was really good.

I've been meaning to right this review for awhile, but with all this Covid-19 things have been hectic. I just want to say I highly recommend them to anyone and will recommend them to family & friends. From the first time I contacted them they have always been honest and helpful with advice. Angel and his crew were punctual and very professional. They installed a heater in my moms house everything came out nice. But when my mom decided to be a lil complicated and wanted the unit moved to a different spot, they came back out without hesitation and placed it where she wanted it. When I apologized, Angel response was "no worries we want your mom to be happy". If you are looking for someone for heating/cooling needs, look no further these guys are it. I called Comfort Time H. C. on 12/19/19., I advised them I needed my furnace repaired. Andrew was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Kevin was right on time and was able to diagnose the problem. Kevin explained to me what the problem was and that the part needed was not available. He ordered the part and advised me he would be back the next day or after the weekend. To my surprise, Kevin called me in the afternoon and advised me he had been able to find the part. My furnace was working by the end of the day. Definitely recommend this company as they are very professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin and Andrew for your great service.
Comfort Time did an awesome job on my AC. Quoted us at a price lower than competitors and actually stuck to the quote. We were very happy with the customer service, punctuality, and overall job that was done. Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks. Thank you!
I called Comfort time and spoke with Angel. While he was not able to help me with my current condition. He was a pleasure to speak to and filled me with information that was priceless. I live in an older home and Angel's Company does mostly new installs. He said I needed a smaller MOM and POP shop for Plumbing and heating. He helped me understand what my needs were and who I should call. He also gave me a pricing figure to look out for when I found the right shop to help me. I live with my 2 small granddaughters, my 30 year old daughter, and her grandmother. A house of females. What is important to me is to keep these little ones and great grandma warm without being ripped off. Thank you Angel for all of your Honesty and Thank you for saying I could call back if I have any questions. Your Parents gave you the right name.
Wow!!! I'm comfortable again! I know it sounds lame but they came out same day and took care of the issue I had. I called Angel (the owner) and he came out on a Saturday Night and got me running. He didn't have the motor I needed but he was able to get it cool for the weekend. When he came back Monday he swapped out the motor and charged me a fair price. I never felt uncomfortable or that I was getting taken. It was my first "service call" or repair I had on my home since I moved here and I was kinda nervous about calling someone from Google, but everything worked out great. Would Highly Recommend Comfort Time For An Air Conditioning Repair
Great service!!!! Its Christmas today and Angel "the owner" of Comfort Time came out to my home and got me comfortable again. I seen his website and it said someone will always answer, Angel picked up the phone and came right over with no hesitation. I felt that he was honest and genuine from the moment he got to my home. He diagnosed the issue within minutes, and made me feel that he was honest. I don't always right a review but, I just had to... Its Christmas day and he came out to my home and got my home warm again for a reasonable value. I think I owe Comfort Time that!!! Thanks Again!!!!
