Turned on the AC for the 1st time this year only to find out nothing but room temp air blowing. I reached out to my regular AC technician and he was unable to resolve the issue. I called Mark at Comfort Tech and he was able to come look at it the very next day. It looks like we have had a leak and our system had no refrigerant which caused the compressor to go out. Mark was able to fix the leak and then gave me options on repair vs. replacement. He walked me through everything and explained everything very well. I trusted his advise and went with a replacement and he was able install the new unit within a week, just in time for the summer temperature rising. They also over a service plan that actually included a 15% discount on repair and services that I was unaware of until Mark had brought it up. Thank you Mark. Highly Recommend.
Mark installed a heat pump system for me. He hit a few snags but stuck with it and got the job done. Good job!
When our heat went out in November, Mark was so responsive to our needs. My husband and I were sick and he made an extra effort to repair our heater so we would be comfortable. We signed up for the year long maintenance plan and found it well worth the money. Mark's reliability and customer service are outstanding!
