We strongly recommend Sean for any duct and vent cleaning. He is professional, hard working and a great value of service. We have a complicated system and was hard to access but he figured out a way and did a great job. We will definitely call on him next time we need a service! Thank you Sean!
Had them come out to take a look at the furnace. Was extremely professional, friendly, honest and walked me through where the problems lies. They came back the next day free of charge because something else had gone wrong. Stand up company would do business with them again.
Sean has helped us couple of times this year with our existing antique and dying gas furnace. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide an immediate fix to get the heat working again. We are scoping a much bigger heating and air conditioning project with him because of his professionalism, responsiveness and thoroughness in the overall project assessment and recommendations. I would recommend him highly!
We have been using them since we moved into our house and Sean is amazing. He is very responsive and knows his stuff. We recently had our AC stop working and I called and left him a voicemail in a panic and he text me back immediately and came that night to see what was going on with it.

I absolutely loved Sean's customer service.Mine was a big job, installing 2 AC units as well as an HVAC system. Sean was extremely prompt in his response. After a long day, just to keep up his promise, he came home to assess the requirements on a Saturday evening. I was amazed by this. He followed up and quickly scheduled the installation. The installation was done extremely professionally, and was done on time. Sean and his crew did an amazing job, and went the extra mile and took effort to do some things, even though which were not part of the original job. I am extremely happy with Sean and his service, and I highly recommend Comfort Stars for you AC and heater installation/maintenance needs.
I would like to recommend comfort stars specially Sean Adams for his meticulous and superb work with hvac replacement this month. Sean was prompt, sincere and just get it done kinda guy - excellent work ethic. He went above and beyond for me to secure the unit as well as getting me a system that is more efficient at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend Sean and comfort stars for HVAC needs! My husband called Comfort Stars on a Sunday morning during extremely high heat as our A/C unit was not working (we thought it would be difficult to obtain service on a Sunday, during a heat wave without a prior appointment.) However, Sean quickly answered the phone and he figured out a way to work us into his busy schedule that same afternoon. We are truly grateful for his service and expertise. He is 24/7 as stated on his site.

Sean was extremely punctual and responsive. I could tell he was very educated in the heating and air conditioning field. He was also extremely friendly and understanding. My husband and I would definitely recommend him in the future.
I can not say enough about how great Sean is. Our experience with him has been excellent. Our furnace broke over Thanksgiving. Sean came out within a few days and gave an honest assessment and walked us through our options and showed us the main problems. He even put on little booties on his shoes to wear around our house. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. And incredibly responsive. When he came back to install our new furnace, he and his co-worker realized things had been installed in a very dangerous way and CO had been effectively leaking into our apartment. Without charging any extra, Sean spent an extra two hours reconfiguring the unit and the ventilation. If you have any HVAC needs, please call Sean. He can't be beat.
I highly recommend Sean from Comfort Stars and here's why. My furnace was turning off every 10 minutes, but not sure why. I had an HVAC company come out to diagnosis it and I wanted a second opinion and reached out to Comfort Stars. They respected my time and my house by coming on time and wearing booties when they came in. After a thorough inspection, the diagnosis was confirmed (turns out the blower motor in the furnace broke as the installed furnace was over-speced for the house size). They also went beyond by providing a comparable quote with a lower competitive rate. In addition, Sean responded to my many questions and discussed my options with a great response time and flexible with scheduling. Sean and his team came out removed the old furnace from the attic, installed the new furnace, add a couple of registers, and capped off an undesired register without any issue. Throughout the process, Comfort Stars kept me updated with the progress. They even corrected the Nest Thermostat wiring. After it was installed, they tested the whole system and shared a summary of the work. Comfort Stars also helped with the permit and the leak test which made the inspection by the City Building Inspector painless. The 3rd party leak test technician and the building inspector both complemented the quality of the work that was done. I'm glad I chose Comfort Stars to replace my furnace and now I'm enjoying the nice warm in this year's colder season. I plan to continue to use Comfort Stars for my HVAC needs.
I called Sean and made a same day appointment to do a diagnostic on my HVAC as the heating part was not working. He came on time and quickly figured the issue. As it did not require any repair, he did not even charge any fee. I am really impressed by the work ethics and honesty. He is capable and very dependable. I would highly recommend him and comfort star heating and cooling for any HVAC issue specially in Fremont area.

My experience with Sean was nothing short of great. It is so rare to find service providers that are honest, offer great customer service, and do great at the job you hired them for while offering a sufficient level of affordability. Sean successfully provides all of these based on my experience with him. He did a tune up on my furnace and gave some additional counseling on my AC unit during a recent visit, and I am looking forward to working with him in the future on other projects.

Sean was absolutely wonderful! He was on time and was very courteous when he came. He also provided us with a same day appointment to fix my heating unit. Very knowledgeable and fixed my heater right away! Extremely reliable and will DEFINITELY use him again!
