Kevin was great installed new furnace and ac unit
Oh god where do I start...what a horrible experience. Kevin was suppose to came out one day but reshxedueld on me about 3 times and the only wat to actually communicate with him was through his wife. My hot water tank wasnt working and he told me it could be one of 2 parts that was not working. He fixed one part and charged me $250 and before he left we tried to test it out but it was still no hot water. He told me to give it a few hrs for the tank to warm up. I gave it 24hrs and still no hot water...so I called and advised him the tank was still not working so he said it was the other part but wanted me to pay him $300 to fix that part!!! $300 after paying him $250! That price shouldve been discounted in sometype of way seeing that the tank was never fixed and I advised him of that before he even left the house so you charge for labor again!!! Then when I finally gave in seeing that we went all winter with no hot water i called back and his wife was rude and gave me a plumber number saying her husband didnt have the part anymore and they would be out of town next week!!! Never waste your money on this company! Call someone else that's more professional and actually cares. What a RIP off!
Valerie and Kevin are the best. Valerie is so nice and got an appt. all set up in no time. Her husband Kevin is very friendly, quick and professional. More so he was honest. What more can a paying customer ask for these days. Thank you both very much.

We were having leakage issues in our house and called comfort star from a suggestion of a friend. We had the pleasure of having Fugi come to our aid and he was professional, prompt and very likable! We only needed simple maintence and he delivered plus more! This was a very good experience and we are confident that we can depend on Fugi for future issues!
