I've had Comfort Solutions over to repair and eventually replace our 22 year old furnace. Always prompt, courteous, and respectful of property. The Anderson family is wonderful to work with.
We replaced our heating unit to reduce noise and for increased efficiency. Keith is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained all our options and offered the perfect solution. We are very please with the product and the staff's excellent and professional service.

Recently installed a new AC and furnace for me after a storm knocked out our units and worked through our insurance company to help us get coverage. Did NOT clean the furnace like they were hired to do. When I complained about the terrible job that his workers did Keith was condescending and rude Keith clearly does not care about providing quality work. He stated that he couldnt believe we were having this conversation because he has NEVER had a complaint. He never once apologize or offered a solution He finally asked me what do you want out of this? After coming to an agreement to have his worker come out and do the job they were hired to do Keith called an hour before the work was to be done and stated he was returning my check to me and the workers would not be out and we were done and hung up on me.
High quality service all the way. Reasonable prices for each job that they had done in our home. They explain clearly what is wrong and all the options available. Highly recommend this local business!!
In spring 2019 ,Keith and his team installed a two stage ,SEER 16 AC unit ,resulting in great ComEd utility cost savings this summer over PY. Outstanding experience again. In the fall of 2018,we used Keith for the installation of new Bryant furnace in fall of 2018.Keith and his team are second to none!
