We had a great experience having this company install a mini-split A/C & heat pump system in two upstairs rooms. The receptionist was kind, someone came to give us a free estimate the next day, and they were great at explaining options and cost. They came and installed everything a couple days later, all in one day. They sent several texts indicating exactly when they were going to be there. They put drop cloths down everywhere they walked inside our house to keep the carpet from getting dirty. The price was quite a bit less than two other quotes. They hit a "surprise" while installing the electric connection, and even though it took them extra time and materials, they didn't charge us extra. We really loved the whole process, and love having A/C in our master bedroom and home office!
Jarom and Comfort Pros took great care of my furnace and A/C unit. They fixed what was needed and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He went well out of his way to get my A/C up and running before the weekend came. Thanks Comfort Pros! I would highly recommend there service if you are here in Utah.
Absolute 10/10 would recommend these guys to everyone. We just did a routine tune-up before the summer months and are thoroughly impressed. They were quick to respond, quick to get us in, on time, and very efficient. Not to mention very friendly, professional, and helpful. After getting pushed around by big chain businesses, we will be sticking to locally owned, specifically Comfort Pros. Thank you guys!!!
Just had an A/C maintenance appointment with Jarom. Wow! So glad we chose Comfort Pros Heating & Air. He was so kind, knowledgeable, friendly all around the best! We used Any Hour Services in the past; let's just say that we will never use them again and neither should you. He was on time, explained everything that he had done, went through their check list, didn't upsale like Any Hour Sevices, etc. We will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future! What a relief to find this awesome company!
Comfort Pros installed our Radon mitigation system. They did a phenomenal job! Very professional and their work was neatly done. They got us in fairly quick which was great! I highly recommend them for any of their services. They truly take pride in their work and we appreciate that.
I loved working with these guys. Two years ago I had a different HVAC company replace my furnace and this year I went with Comfort Pros to install an AC unit. There was a night and day difference between the two. Comfort Pros was extremally professional, helpful, and timely in their install. They also had a competitive bid. They helped fix problems that the other HVAC company left and and were extremally kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and will be working with them for my AC and Furnace tune-ups. They are a 10/10 company.
These guys really know their stuff! We promptly received a qoute for a new HVAC system after a thorough walk-through. We were just upgrading so we weren't in a rush. Jeff was so knowlegeable and really helped us understand all the different features offered by various systems. The quote included several options so we could choose the level and price point we were most comfortable with. Install was quick, the crew were fantastic, and they took every measure to keep things clean despite the wet weather outside. They were even great with the dogs! I would highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs! Comfort Pros is professional, affordable and great to work with!
They were amazing. They were on time. They were efficient, professional, clean up after themselves They were very knowledgeable and would explain things so that i could understand them. They were able to fix issues caused by previous company. They are Uupfront with pricing. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. They were great on so many levels. I had a neighbor recommend them, and I'm extremely pleased that we used Comfort Pros. 1) They were very responsive. We were in constant communication with one of the owners. They came out quickly, got the job done I'm one day, and they are easy to get a hold of. 2) My wife and I went through several different basement design iterations. Comfort Pros worked with us on solutions for each of the designs. Their input is what helped us finalize some of our plans. That meant a lot to us, because we felt like they gave us their personal time and attention beyond what would be expected from a typical HVAC professional. 3) They do not cheap out on using corner cutting materials. That is one area I did a lot of research on. Some contractors use materials that make their jobs easier and quicker, but those same materials are not the best long term. Sorry for being vague on this, but I would write for a couple pages on this. Anyways, I considered doing the HVAC work in our basement myself, but weighing the cost and benefit of a professionally installed system by someone that I feel has integrity, we ultimately decided it was worth it. Now that the work is done, we feel validated that hiring the right HVAC crew made it so worth it.
Jeff and his team did a great job. I received estimates from 5 other companies and Comfort Pro had the best over all value. They're a local company too, so that's a big plus for me. I'll definitely call them again.
I had a great experience with Jarom at comfort pros, the service was great and it turned out to be less expensive than planned. I will never use another company for my HVAC needs, I’ll be a lifelong customer of comfort pros! Update, January 2023: We had comfort pros replace our entire furnace. Great price, great experience and I will continue using them for all my heating/AC needs.
So I'm so happy we went with these guys they really took care of us, and made sure everything went well! Before doing anything major like location of the ac and stuff they consulted us just to be sure which was awesome! They cleaned up afterwards and made the place look better then it was afterwards. We had to get a brand new ac and heater and humidifier installed so there was a bunch of work to be done! 10 / 10 we would work with them again and have them come service check our system afterwards.
Jeff and his team were great. He was able to make time to check on the issue and gave us options that fit best with our needs.
Tuesday 31 Jan 2023 the temp in our home declined quickly from 72 to about 66 degrees. We called Comfort Pros Heating & Air for an emergency visit. At first earliest visit would be 3 to 5 pm. However, we received a call that Jarom would be able to come to our home within 20 min. His visit was so helpful. He took his time to check our HVAC to figure out likely what the problem was. He also had great recommendations for a better filter, duct cleaning, and even a humidifier for the whole house. Great visit! Within an hour or 2 our house temp returned to 72 degrees and has remained normal. Highly recommend Comfort Pros Heating and Air.
Comfort Pros went above and beyond! It’s easy to see they have experience and knowledge, and take pride in their work. The installers were clean and courteous. Our new heat pump system works amazing and we can’t even hear it when it’s on. I would call them again without hesitation!!!
Sabian and Coda installed our fireplace as well as extended a gas line to make the new location possible. They were very professional, skilled, helpful, and courteous. I really appreciated them and the great job they did.

Have appreciated every one at Comfort Pros. They are all professional kind people. From the ones making appointments to Jeff and Jarom who really care about their customers comfort in thier home but also peace of mind after they leave. They explain everything well, answer questions and offer support quickly and are just freaking cool guys. Grateful to have found our own HVAC “Guys” we can count on and who I would recommend to everyone.
We moved into a new home and our AC went out in 102 heat, they came right away and did a temporary fix and eventually a new AC for a great price. We then had a heating issue when it was 20 degrees and the came same day and solved the issue. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
We have a complicated heating and air conditioning system that was installed over thirty years ago. We were referred to the Comfort Pros. Jeff and Jarom who own the company came personally and spoke with us about our options. They designed the system and installed it themselves. Throughout the process they continued to educate us and allow us to be a part of the decisions. They were always so respectful and honest. Following the installation they came to our home a few times to make certain the equipment was performing as it should be. They also brought by a representative from the equipment company to verify that the equipment was working at its full capacity. We feel we received a wonderful product at a very good price. If we could give them more than five stars we would gladly do so. We would recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.
