Comfort Professional Heating & Air Conditioning has done a tremendous job getting our AC units ready for the summer. They are extremely responsive, reliable and trustworthy. I will use them for all of our Heating & Air needs.
Joe at Comfort Professionals promptly scheduled my HVAC semi-annual service and explained the entire process to me, so I knew what to expect. Matt arrived to service our two systems and, I do not know what he did, but the AC was so efficient I had to turn the thermostat down by four degrees. Comfort Professionals has saved us money on its annual service plan, and we will continue to use them and refer Comfort Professionals to friends and neighbors.

Comfort Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning is my go to for HVAC services. They are the most honest and reliable HVAC firm I have dealt with. The customer service is top notch and they always go above and beyond to help their clients. Cannot recommend them enough.

Comfort Professionals do terrific work and are a pleasure to work with! For the past ten years, I had used a wonderful local company for my HVAC service but they were bought and sold a couple of times and I was not satisfied. After doing some research, I selected Comfort Professionals. They are locally owned and operated, honest, professional, reliable, and get the job done! In fact, many of the same great folks I had gotten to know at the prior company are now working at Comfort Professionals. High recommend.

Comfort Professionals is privately owned and operated by a team I trusted all my Heating and AC appliances to for over 10 years. The team exited their old company when it was taken over by a private equity firm. What ensued was poor customer service and sales people disguised as maintenance people. CP has gathered the old team and just launched a few weeks ago. I jumped on the chance to reunite with a group I can trust. If you are unhappy with a "big boy" check out CP.. You won't be disappointed.

We’ve had the team that owns and runs Comfort Professional Heating and Air servicing our units for years. I am extremely happy they’ve started their own company, since we get honest, reasonable, fast and professional service every time. Including this last time in which they performed the typical maintenance and help repair a few issues I had noticed. I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

I am so impressed with Comfort Professionals ! From the professionalism of the office staff who scheduled my service to the technician who preformed it, I could not have been more pleased. They arrived on time, walked me through all that needed to be done and even corrected an error that was left by the previous HVAC company. Their rates are more than reasonable too. In this era of poor customer service being the norm, this was a very welcome change.
We had a great experience with Comfort Professionals! Our technician, Michael, was professional and gave a detailed explanation of the A/C system maintenance he performed. Scheduling was a quick and easy and we signed up for a one year maintenance plan which includes another service for our HVAC in cooler weather. Although this is a new business, all of the staff has several years of experience. If you are looking for services for HVAC, A/C or heating systems, I highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars!
This group operates the way home services used to be. Courteous, high quality work, in and out, and they didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. Just industry veterans doing things the right way, which has become the exception in Atlanta. Nice to have a break from the marketing/sales companies who happen to also do HVAC work.
