They live up to their name!! I cannot recommend this company enough! They were amazing from beginning to end. After dealing with countless HVAC system issues we came to the Comfort Pro to discuss options and recommendations of a completely new system. Albert, the owner, was through, honest and open about his team, his experience, and his recommendations. He answered all of our questions and guided us through the process. He was able to get us installed with a new system in 3 business days. Albert's employees were just as nice as he was and they were equally as helpful. They were persistent, dedicated and confident in their work. I am so glad I used their services and know they have my back if anything happens.
Al has a great crew. They always keep me informed on issues and options, and keep my HVAC running smoothly.
Arrived earlier than expected, very courteous, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed within minutes of diagnosis. Excellent value, very happy with my service!
Everyone associated did a greay job returning my calls and getting in touch with me quickly. William helped us today and was great! He serviced our AC unit in preparation for summer, quickly and was very straightforward about everything, which I appreciate. The service was done quickly. Overall, highly recommended.

Called comfort Pro when my heat stopped working, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and came back as soon as the parts were in and fixed everything up. I was extremely happy with the professionalism the techs showed, they knew their stuff and were super friendly! Hudson went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. Also the price was very reasonable for the time they spent fixing our heating unit. We’ll definitely be using these guys for future issues that come up.

We decided to originally reach out to Comfort Pros, after reading a post/review our neighbors made about them, on our neighborhood FB page for installing UV in their HVAC systems. We reached out and had them install UV in our HVAC systems. From the first call everyone from the office manager to the technicians who performed the work, were great. We decided to use these guys for our bi-annually preventative systems checks, and they came out today for the first visit. I was so impressed how the tech took his time to run diagnostics on both indoor and outdoor units. He provided me with a long and thorough checklist of items that he serviced and verified during his visit today. We highly recommend Comfort Pros and we will continue to used them for our HVAC needs.
Great experience with Albert and team replacing one of our two units! Responsive, timely, informative, and very forthright. We will be calling them again when it's time to replace our second unit.
Bruce (technician) and the office staff were amazing. This is the fourth HVAC company I have used in the past five years, and I finally found one I will call back for service in the future! I am very happy with this company and their employees. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, on time, and even made sure my gates were shut so my dogs did not escape! That may seem like a small thing, but so many service people leave the gate open! Thanks again!
Bruce was great! Came out today for routine service on our AC and found our blue light was burnt out so he replaced that as well. Very polite, thorough, and didn't mind my Frenchies barking at each time he walked through. 😆 We'll never work with anyone but Albert's team!
I am proud and happy that I decided to trust the installation and maintenance of my AC to Comfort Pros. All of Albert Beamon's technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Brian and Bruce just performed a maintenance check on the system, as promised. They did everything in a kind, precise, and professional way. They represented the company well. The installation of my AC and furnace by Carl and Will could not have been more efficient or done better. I would recommend Comfort Pros without hesitation!!
I reached out to this business for assistance with my downstairs HVAC unit after it stopped working correctly. Brian was able to come the next day to get it inspected. He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. Brian explained what he was inspecting to me as he was beginning to troubleshoot the system. He was able to quickly fix the issue on the spot! Brian and Bruce returned about two weeks later to do my Fall preventative maintenance checks with my HVAC system, both upstairs and downstairs. They arrived on time and were both very well mannered when having to enter the residence. Overall, terrific service from this company with affordable pricing. I highly recommend!
Mr. Carl was very courteous and professional. He took his time to explain the service being performed and describing the issues he found during the maintenance work he performed. I highly recommend Comfort Pro and I look forward to calling on their services in the future.
We recently had them come out for an issue with our AC & were very happy with their work. From the start they were quick with responding to my phone call and fitting us in next day. We had 2 issues with the AC, which we knew would be the case. 1 was able to be fixed that day the other a few days later. (Our unit was working fine to wait for the second issue:)) both men that came to help were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They showed/walked us through what they were doing or going to be doing & took time to answer all of our questions. The unit it working so much better now! We were very happy with this company and would highly recommend to anyone. We also felt they were reasonably priced.
I don't do reviews ever but have to for this company. They are simply amazing! We had another company "servicing" our unit and told us it was going bad. Albert took one look and said he could sell me one if I wanted but it just needed a good cleaning. I cant say enough good things about this company. Everyone who has ever come to our house has been amazing and same goes for anyone I've ever talked to on the phone. Every chance I get I will refer anyone to them because its not often you get to deal with a company that is honest and does amazing work.
Reached out to this business for assistance with my Nest thermostat, the company responded immediately and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The assigned technician’s name is Carl, and Carl was professional and open to teaching me as he inspected the system. It was great to learn that for relationship building the company aims to keep customer assigned to the same technician for continuity. Carl returned a few weeks later to do Spring maintenance with my HVAC system. My system works better this year than it has the last 3 years since using this company.
Having Carl D. M. service our unit is great. He is does a great job making sure everything is work correctly. We have had him as HVAC Service tech for the past two years. We are very happy. As we have been a Comfort Pro LLC client for the past three years.
Not to sound over the top, but the service we got was way more than expected. Crazy good. One way to know how good it was, is even 2 weeks after Comfort Pro installed our new HVAC I still remember the names of the 3 people that came over and worked on the system. Albert, Carl, and William. Besides installing a new HVAC which works perfectly, plain old genuine nice-ness of these folk was obvious. Just amazing. Albert explained everything about the system and how the installation would go- and it all went as planned. William and Carl installed it and helped us understand how the new system was controlled. And in the process of doing standard checks after the system was on, Carl showed me how to use something in the house I couldn’t figure out. We are really grateful for their efforts and they left us with a great impression. Extremely highly recommended. Thanks very much, guys!
