‼️‼️‼️🚨THIS COMPANY IS KNOWN FOR SCAMMING, THEFT OF SERVICE AND MONEY, AND EVASION🚨‼️‼️‼️ This company was hired to install a mini split system in my place of business and since day one has dodged our attempts to contact them, STOLEN our deposit, and now completely disappeared. Excuse after excuse has left us with no other choice to file in small claims court in an attempt to get our money back. Do not hire these guys.
THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I hired “Rudy” to replace a ductless system in my business. After giving “Rudy” a deposit check for the equipment, he dragged his feet for a while, then disappeared. He refuses to answer phone calls, texts, or emails. I hired a private investigator to find him and his information so i can sue him in court. And found that he has had several other cases leveled against him in Wyoming and Colorado. Hopefully we can recover our money through the court system. But dont get caught buy these scumbags like I did. Just too trusting i guess… DONT GET SCAMMED!!!
SCAM WARNING!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH COMFORT PRO HVAC!!! We had a Mini-Split unit in our shop that needed to be replaced. We were contacted by Comfort Pro HVAC, after an inquiry with Home Advisor. "Rudy" gave us the best bid, and seemed to be a stand up guy. so we chose him to do the work. He asked for a deposit for the equipment. which we were happy to provide. After several, delays and hangups due to "Equipment shortage" and "labor issues" (of which we were completely understanding) he just disappeared...with our money. He Wont answer phone calls, texts, or emails. Unfortunately, we are left with no other option but to pursue him and his company in court. PLEASE BE SAFE!! THIS PERSON AND COMPANY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
They put in a new ac and furnace. But they were supposed to come by in a year to do an inspection. Never heard from them. I have water coming from somewhere in the system and can't get them to answer calls or texts. I will have to get someone else to fix this.
They don’t know what they are doing. I spent a lot more tan anticipated and then had to hire others to fix comfort pro’s work.
If I could give them more stars I would. Rudy and his team were incredible. I had my brand new Hvac system installed within 24 hours of my search. The owner himself gave me the quote and checked in while his crew were installing. They did a thorough phenomenal job. So communicative and stuck by his word. Did initial quote over phone and because it was so adorable I was able to do entire new hvac instead of just my AC. (Initially AC was the major issue) We just had a 90 degree week and my house was COLD. True test and had a perfect 🤩 score. 💯 Did I say their prices are unbeatable & extremely affordable? I didn’t know that existed with hvac Had I located Comfort last summer we wouldn’t have had to suffer. I’m so happy I came across them & would recommend highly! Thank you Rudy and crew at Comfort Pro hvac !!

If you need AC or a furnace call them! They came and did my quote on a Sunday evening, by Wednesday I have a new furnace and AC. Extremely nice people. Very professional. Great with communication. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Rudy, the owner of Comfort Pro, came to my house on Sunday afternoon. He charged no trip fee which was really helpful as I am on a fixed income. He diagnosed my hvac issue and had my air conditioner up and running in under an hour. Rudy really knows his hvac systems and explained the repair in clear terms. He was more than reasonable and left me feeling confident that the issue is resolved. Now enjoying my comfortable temperatures Cool in Northglenn
Was able to drive all the way out to our home in Cheyenne to help us with our heat a few months ago and just helped us with our AC unit yesterday. Super kind and helpful, we love the work and help Rudy gave us. Will recommend to our friends and Air Force family!
Comfort Pro HVAC is the way to go! Their response was very quick and they were accommodating to my schedule! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get ac or heating done!
First of all, stop looking and call the team at Comfort Pro. Rudy is responsive, trustworthy and always acting in his clients beat interest. I initially thought we could not install central ac and would need mini splits but after a thorough consultation the comfort pro team let us know central ac would be cheaper and work better. Fast forward to the day of install which was super quick by the way, and Dan and Shawn were my install team. They were friendly, quick, communicative and cleanly. I am now enjoying the cool new ac system we have installed and could not be more ecstatic about the experience we had front to finish. I will absolutely hire this entire team again and you should too.
These guys did great quality work! You can’t beat their prices and they were willing to travel an hour to service us with no extra charges! A++++
Loved the guys who came to do my furnace they where very respectful and on time!! They where fast with there job did great with clean up!! I highly recommend Comfort Pro HVAC for all of your HVAC needs! They were extremely professional, courteous, accommodating, and did OUTSTANDING work! They were also 30%-40% cheaper than other quotes we received from HVAC companies in the area. You will not be disappointed!!
Had the owner, Rudy, come out to look at installing an AC unit. He is a very shady individual who uses unethical methods in order for you to buy through him. Looked up his history and saw he had a prior business, Elite HVAC Specialist, that had terrible reviews as well. I am assuming he had to let that LLC die and open a new one so he could escape the bad press from his prior business. Don't let this man in your home, he only means bad news.
