these guys don't do NEW installs just repairs so if your building a new house don't wast your time calling them
Had an AC heat pump installed by them 3 years ago. All was good. Recently I had a failure on the AC unit Called them several times over 36 hours (talked to answering service each time). Never got a call back. Had to call the AC manufacturer to get support from another local AC company. Best guess is the business is in disarray. Think carefully whether you should do business with them.

Does not return calls must be out of business. Had new install of a/c in August 2019. When heat was turned on for first time last Sunday, gas was never connected and spilled into garage. Gas company needed to be called , area evacuated. We have contacted the BBB and Florida Attorney General.
My sister had her AC unit installed by them that has a 10 year warranty. AC unit is not blowing any air, so she tried several days ago to get someone out to look at the unit with no response no one ever showed up. Temperature inside our house today is 87°. At least they can call back and let them know when they plan on coming out.
I have tried all week to speak to them. No one returns my call. Last April I signed up and paid to renew our gold membership. We were due a service this month and they are no where to be seen. According to the business next door they were evicted from their address 150 East Drive Suite B Melbourne. I would like a refund, but do not know how to contact them. All calls are handled by an answering service.
Was connected to Comfort Pro via my AHS Warranty. Tim arrived within time range promised and did a great job with AC Tune-up and cleaning outdoor system. Tim also detected faulty capacitor which was able to be replaced on the spot once I called in for repair authorization from AHS Home Warranty. Tim also advised on upgrade questions and future maintenance. Nice job Tim. Nice job Comfort Pro!
Purchased a home with a 2017 until that is suppose to be top of the line. Have a warranty issue and they cant return a phone call.....piss poor to say the least!!
I used this company for nearly 10 years until recently, they seemed to be a good company. I called them for warranty work on my system which had a bad compressor. They came out diagnosed the problem, and said they would get back to me when they received the new part. The next day, the technician called me off the record to inform me that he could not order the compressor, because Comfort Pro had their account frozen with the distributor for lack of payment. The following Monday, I called the company directly to check on the part and scheduling. Ever since this date about 3 weeks ago, an answering service screens all of their calls, and they never return my calls, which has never happened in the past. Meanwhile, my wife and child are sitting in a house with no AC, during the hottest part of the year. I went to their physical address to get some answers, only to find out from a neighboring business that Comfort Pro had been evicted weeks ago for nonpayment. I have paid them a monthly service agreement for the last 9 years, which, of course, they still billed from my card even after all of this unprofessionalism. I understand businesses have tough times, but this is not how to handle it, or how to treat someone who has been a loyal customer. Because of their lack of honestly, and the fact that they still billed me my monthly charge after all of this, I will never give this business another dollar.

Mark the tech was really good at his job, friendly and efficient. I called and they were very responsive. However, I couldn't give 5 stars because I feel that the price was about $100-150 too much. This was a weekend call and I understand the $129 afters hours service fee. The cost of the capacitor and installation was and additional $222 to a total of $351. So a $35 part means that there was $187 worth of labor.
Great company. Responsive - received a call back for emergency repairs on weekend in about an hour - technician was here and working in a little over two hours. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Repairs were made and A/C working again in less than an hour.
Comfort Pro is the best company in town. They go beyond to fix the problems, even on the weekends. They showed up right up urgent calls, fixed the issues, and charged reasonable prices. Strongly recommend!

Mark was on time, efficient and explained his work simply.
Great service, what more can you ask. Always professional courteous. Never pushy. More then expected from office to field personal.

Dennis was prompt with our appointment and went right to work diagnosing the A/C issues we had the previous day. He has been personable, knowledgeable and great to have as our as our repeat technician since Comfort Pro installed our York A/C unit several years ago. He gets an A+ from us!
