Our air went out during the fourth of July weekend. We called and had a service tech the next morning. Response simply incredible given its a holiday weekend. Our service charge certainly reasonable. We had the answers to the key questions, What's cost, What's options, time horizon of repair, reception of estimate immediate, all important to us as consumers, especially on triple digit days with no working AC. You need quick service at reasonable price, Call them.
The service tech was professional and clean with his work. He also was informative about the need of future service that may be needed. Thank you!
A/C started blowing warm air today. For some personal reasons it was vital that my air was repaired as soon as possible. Incredibly, from my initial call to a repaired unit blowing cold air again was less than 2 hours. Thank you so much for the quick response! Very grateful...

Our A/C stopped working and of course it was the first hottest day of the year. Jessica was the only one to actually answer the phone without getting put on hold for an extended period of time. They came out the next morning and got it back up and running within an hour! I would definitely recommend Comfort One for any service needed. Unfortunately I can only give them 5 stars when it should be 10!!!

Comfort One AC installed an entire HVAC system in my new house and everything went as good as it could have. Very responsive and timely. They do what they say they will. I'd highly recommend them.

I've used Comfort Once A/C ever since meeting the owner. The most important thing I value is that the company is local and responsive to when I need any repairs or maintenance. The old companies I would use could often just give me next day schedules in middle of summer. My last recent tech Juha has been to my place several times and always is careful to consider my notes about the unit and make improvements if there is leak or rattle.
We love our air conditioners! A strange noise was coming from one compressor and we called - Jonathan was out within four hours, and replaced a motor. All within warranty. He was friendly and professional. Very pleased with the service, beginning with the initial call.

Taps and the crew at Comfort 1 AC were the very best. Taps got my AC Maintenance scheduled the same week I called. Even though he was extremely busy, he made me feel like I was a priority as a customer. The technicians who came to do the work were punctual, knowledgeable, had the parts needed on the truck, and were in and out promptly. The price was hundreds of dollars less that I anticipated and the value of knowledgeable service and ongoing maintenance gave my wife and I ongoing peace of mind for the upcoming hot AZ summer. Honest business. friendly and professional employees. I have been using their services for more than 5 years at 2 properties. It's a small family business , so you don't have to deal with multiple departments etc!
Juha has done a great job with annual checkups and the occasional need for servicing. Prompt, courteous, and trustworthy. Joanna was really helpful with scheduling and matched my availability. Highly recommended service!
