Over the holiday weekend I called Comfort Masters about an issue with my shower. I received a timely response and received constant communication about my appointment. While I was not present when they arrived a member of my family who was present stated that the work was done in a timely matter. In fact, a few other small repair items were taken care of while they were here. I was given a follow up text, and received a bill that I thought was very fair. I’m definitely keeping their number for future needs! Highly recommend.
I first hired Chris for a kitchen renovation in 2018 and he has been my go-to plumber ever since. With Chris I can trust that the pricing will be fair and the workmanship will be good. Chris has re-routed supply and sanitary lines, installed our kitchen sink, replaced old valves on supply lines, replaced two toilets and a bathroom sink. He also responded immediately to an emergency leak we had at our pot filler during the holiday season. In all my experiences with Chris, he has communicated clearly and professionally and is timely. He takes care of your home as if it was his own.
The team of George and Charlie installed heating and air unit in my home in Louisburg NC.They did a great job from start to finish.They were experts at what they were doing,They were very neat at what they were doing,left a very clean job sight.I would recommend this company if you are looking heating and air installation.

Chris was excellent. Good communication before the visit, arrived on time, was polite, and professional during the visit. Very good value - would highly recommend.
Chris arrived on time and had responded by text on a federal holiday that he would arrive the next morning between 9:30-10am. Gave a quote by text the day before and invoiced that amount. Professional and pleasant, I highly recommend both Chris his company.

I had an emergency repair as my house was being listed for sale. Chris was accommodating and professional - he came right over and made the repair . My son is now using him on a larger project - he is terrific - I highly recommend him.
Excellent service and attention to detail
Chris has been out to our house a few times. He has come to do simple jobs like unclogging a toilet we could not to more complex jobs like installing an outdoor sink for us. He always arrives in a timely manner, is very professional, and gets the job done perfectly.

I highly recommend Comfort Masters for every plumbing need. Chris is very easy to communicate with, responding promptly to phone calls and texts and arriving punctually for appointments. He is friendly and professional in all the dealings I have had with him. All work is done neatly and cleanly, and he leaves the work area in perfect condition. I have known him many years, as he did the original plumbing renovation on my house, and his work is consistently of high quality.
Chris was responsive to my inquiry and followed up the same day. Furthermore, he gave me a fair quote (which was 50% more fair than other companies.). The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. I highly recommend Chris for his professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent service he provided.
