They have questionable business practices. I printed a coupon for this company from a local online coupon/ advertiser. When I called to ask for more information I was told duct cleaning price would actually be eight times as much as the ad states. When I asked about false advertising he chuckled and said he didn't know why the coupon was out there. NOT Helpful At ALL!
Called them for an air conditioning repair service after my AC gave up on me. The experience was excellent, the technician came on time and was very patient with all my questions. He was really accommodating. He also took the time to tell me the do's and don't's in taking care of my AC unit to avoid future problems. If you're just around Indianapolis, IN, I highly recommend that you call these guys for AC repairs.
