I just google hvac service and took a chance and loved it he came that day and fix my air 100% recommend.
Phenomenal service! I was beside myself when our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. Paul came out and helped right away. He takes the time to explain exactly what happened, how to prevent it in the future, and any routine maintenance items you may not be aware of to lengthen the life of your furnace. 10/10!

When my upstairs A/C went out 3 years ago, Paul gave me the cheapest estimate, and dealt with a difficult install without any hidden fees or charges. When my 18 year old downstairs A/C went out this past Saturday, I called Paul and Comfort Keepers on Monday. He came out that afternoon, and we decided it was time for another replacement. It was fully installed that Thursday, and he even worked with me on the price. I recommend Comfort Keepers HVAC for all your heating and cooling needs! Thanks Paul!
I have used this company the last 3 year for service and emergency repairs of my old system. I highly recommend, Paul was always quick to come out when my system wasn’t working. He always looks out for his customers and try’s to find them the best option to fix their problems. All while keeping their budget in mind.
After moving to Virginia from CA 9 years ago I've gotten to know HVAC much better. We have had nothing but problems until we came across Comfort Keepers HVAC here in Midlothian. I finally found someone I can trust and our system now runs smooth as silk. Thanks Comfort Keepers!
Normally I don't write reviews because I'm apathetic but I decided to make an exception in this case. I had a service call scheduled for 5/4 for Comfort Keepers to come check out my dual zoned HVAC system during this blasted "heat wave" since my system was spitting out hot air only and my upstairs got up to 89 degrees (I am not kidding) during the day and 80 degrees at night. Downstairs was actually the same temperature. Paul (the gentleman who came down to check this out) called me back after I set up the appointment asking if he wanted me to have him come a day earlier (5/3 the day I scheduled the appointment) since I was roasting alive in my home to which I was happy to say yes to. He came, determined that my thermostat was wired incorrectly (by another company) and my other unit was low on Freon. He topped off my Freon, gave me advise as to when I might need a new unit but made sure that what I had now would survive the current summer since he said it might last until next summer plus he did not charge me to rewire the 2 thermostats to actually push out cold air when I have the AC on. This company was one of the most helpful companies I have worked with, gave good and solid advice and worked within my budget no problem. I'm calling them again when I go to replace one of my units. Plus he even told me when were the best times of the year to purchase new HVAC systems to save money.
Called Comfort Keepers yesterday due to our AC unit not working when we turned it on. Temps were going to be in the low 90s. Paul came out same day, even drove to pick up the part needed, returned and fixed it. Will definitely be calling for services again. Great company!
Fantastic service. I went with Comfort Keepers because of how thorough Paul was when he inspected the old unit. His quote was in the range of other companies but he was the only one who mentioned making a few extra modifications so that the new unit would be as efficient as possible. He seems to take pride in his work and he really took his time to make sure everything was done properly. No complaints whatsoever!
We have had nothing but problems with our new unit that was installed in May. This company is hard to get in contact with and doesn’t seem like they want to come to our house because they don’t normally do work in our area but the previous owner of our house had them come instal it. I would not recommend them! Update to reply to the owners comment: we had Certified Trane technician come over today and it had nothing to do with something a electrician could fix. He went into the air handler and there were a lot of loose connections and wires that did not have wire nuts on them, Also yalls technician didn’t even put all the panels on the air handler instead they used tape. In which the certified trane technician told us that will keep the system from running as efficient as it could. We were by no means hard people to deal with about this whole situation all we asked were for you guys to come and check behind yalls install to see if the problem could be fixed. Instead of y’all doing that y’all gave us the run around saying we needed an electrician when we didn’t because it wasn’t an electrical problem it was a poor install problem. The system is six months old!!!! I would think the product and install would be warranted. Now we had to come out of our pocket this close to Christmas to fix a problem that you guys should’ve came and fixed. Thanks a lot but this conversation is not over between us and my husband would like to talk to you guys in person thank y’all and have a good night..
I can't ask for a better company. Prompt service, friendly, professional staff and willing to give lots of options for me to fit my budget. I feel like I was taken care of by good people and that says a lot these days.
Our fourteen year old unit had so many holes in the coil that we had to replace it. We got a great quote from Comfort Keepers, but we received even better service. They got old unit out and the new unit in and running quickly and even spent time with us showing us how the new thermostat worked. Comfort Keepers is truly a phenomenal company with the customers needs in mind.
Paul was excellent! He went in to do battle with my A/C unit and wrangled that thing under control. He was on time and fast. Covered in sweat, Paul explained every issue and how to solve it. I was very pleased with the service. I will be using them again.
My wife and I just purchased a new home with a non-working ac unit. After receiving several bids we went with Comfort Keepers HVAC, LLC. One of the reasons we went with Comfort Keepers was that we appreciated Paul's attention to detail preparing the estimate and providing different options for our family's situation. So when the estimates we got back were close, we went with the person we felt would put the most care into the job. The work was completed in a timely, thorough, and professional manner and we could not be more pleased with the results!!
Paul is on the spot and great service. When I called he was here as soon as possible. I called the weekend of the snow storm and he got here first thing Monday morning.

I received quick and professional service from this company at competitive rates and know the quality of workmanship was top notch. This company replaced all my duct work which was leaking and moldy in a property I owned. Now the system is far more efficient. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs and will confidently use them again!
