Charlie and his crew were amazing. We had 5 companies give us quotes on a new ductless mini-split system for our home (4 registers inside) and an ADU (3 registers inside). It was a big project. We chose Charlie and Comfort Heating and Cooling because Charlie quoted the project AND was part of the installation team, their pricing was competitive, they worked with us on several pricing options, patiently answered our (many) questions, and use quality products. They are a small company but do high quality work. They routed several pipes through difficult attic space, so we would have less piping showing on the outside of our home. They were careful, laying drop cloths down inside and cleaned up after themselves. I was expecting delays with installation on such a big job, but they installed everything within the time frame they quoted (2 days). They consulted with us on placement of indoor and outdoor units, explaining their reasoning if we differed in opinions. At every turn, we have been impressed (and I'm rather detail oriented). It was a lot of money (all the quotes were a lot! Comfort came in just on the lower side of the 5 quotes we got), but we are so happy with the end product and highly recommend them.

I have been using Comfort Heating and Cooling since they first opened. The staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. Once at your house they make sure everything needed is taken care of and that the customer is satisfied. I am happy to continue to use this business.

Great Company We have used them for many years to help our AC unit keep working until parts were no longer available. When it came time to replace our unit they were less expensive than the other quote we received. Jim has always shown up on time and done A+ work. Charlie and Julie have always replied promptly to all my emails and been great to work with.
Comfort Heating and cooling team are fantastic! They made the process so easy and were pleasant to work with! Julie was easy to contact and get any information you may need and explained everything great. When Jim came out to give us an estimate, he wasn’t in a hurry to get us to commit. He gave us his professional opinion, which is nice when you have no clue about AC units, but did it in a way that didn’t make us feel like he was pushing us to do anything. When it came to instillation they were quick, right on time, easy to work with and didn’t mind my puppy constantly wanting to say hi. I highly recommend them. We were working with a previous company before, and we are so happy we went with Comfort heating and cooling. The estimate was about the same for a brand new AC, but their customer service and knowledge made it priceless. Thank you Jim, Julie, and other gentlemen that helped install the unit. If anyone ask, I will give them your contact information!

We would highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling. We live in Hoodland, Oregon. Our furnace went out and the temperatures were in the teens. We called and had an immediate response. Where other companies had said sorry we do not service your area, Comfort Heating was there for us. After checking out our furnace, it was found a part needed to be ordered. Of course it was a holiday. The part was ordered and right after the holiday we received a text verifying our appointment. Our service technician was on time and quickly had our furnace up and running and a new thermostat installed. Professional, skilled and responsive. Again, we highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling! Thank you so much.

I recently had a great experience with Comfort Heating & Cooling, Jim came out and performed an in-depth service and analysis on my entire HVAC system which included furnace/heating along with central A/C and also a couple of ductless units. He was great, made solid recommendations and suggestions - and their customer communication and service is all-around great as well.

Very happy with Comfort Heating and Cooling. We purchased a home with inefficient wall heaters and Charlie went through my options and was very honest and direct with what would work best for the home. Installation was on time, quick and professional. Our new system works great.
Charlie was excellent in explaining what types of furnaces and air conditioning were suitable for my home. He did not try to over-sell and explained about financing if needed. When the workers arrived, they were on time! And, finished before I expected. Everything was done very professionally. Also, got a follow up call from Julie to make sure I was happy with everything. When you make such an investment, you want it to be a pleasant experience and it was. I would recommend Comfort Heating & Cooling!
