Absolutely stellar service! Brain was great and was able to assist us the same day our AC unit died. He set us up with a indoor unit while we waited for our new AC unit to come instock. Having a 5 year old and a 4 month old in the house, the indoor unit was a life saver. Our new unit is amazing and brought us down form 95 degrees inside to 78 degrees and lowering as I write this. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Contacted several HVAC companies in the area and Comfort was the only one that responded. Had them install a new unit and try to use existing supply ducts. I eventually replaced ductwork, but that isn't my complaint. 1. Unit was installed on a slope, was brought to their attention at install and they said all was good and preferred to be sloped away from the home. Problem was it was too sloped. They came back out and said it was in spec, but I raised it 4 inches to get it level so it would actually drain out of the drain port. Other HVAC guys said the unit would have rusted out in a couple years if not leveled. 2. Return and supply needed larger ductwork than was installed. 2.5 ton unit needs 1000 cubic feet per minute(CFM). They installed 14 inch flex which will only provide 700 CFM. The air flow could not keep up with demand and over time would burn up the fan motor. Also couldn't supply enough air to heat and cool correctly. 3. After getting into the install of the flex, nothing was held together with zip ties and the insulation was not held in place at all. Nothing was supported and was just laying on the ground. 4. When bringing items to their attention that needed corrected, they tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favor for correcting their own shotty work. I cut them loose then leveled the unit and corrected the return and supply lines at the unit. I also replaced the supply ductwork, but that isn't on them other than they never said the existing ductwork wouldn't work correctly.

Brian and Greg with Comfort Heating and Air are the real deal. We ran into issues with our unit and they broke down all the options for us. We ended up having them replace our old worn out unit. Their work and customer service is top notch. We will definitely use them in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

We called late on Wednesday afternoon, they offered to come then. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. They were there early, went straight to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. They had the part that was needed on the truck and fixed it right a way! Nothing but courteous and professionalism!!! Highly recommend and will call them again if needed!

I had Brian at Comfort Heating and Air install a second HVAC unit for an upstairs remodel I was doing. They did a great job. They beat the competition with pricing and value. The unit is super quiet, perfect for my media room and office.
