Erik and Chris did a great job on the heat pump installation and the replacement of the return ductwork. They gave a great price, and they went above and beyond the work quoted.
I called Comfort First on a Friday afternoon, and they were at my house for an inspection and quote in less than 2 hours. I needed a new furnace in very cold weather, so time was of the essence. The team was out first thing Monday morning and had installed the new furnace (and AC unit) by lunchtime. I’d called a couple other places for quotes, and they hadn’t even gotten back to me by the time Comfort First completed the work. The team did a great job and everyone was polite and helpful. The quote was very fair, and I appreciated that it was drawn up by an actual technician and not a salesman like some of the larger companies. I found Comfort First to be honest, competent, prompt, and polite. I would highly recommend them.
Duct work on my newly purchased house was installed incorrectly. Comfort First we’re able to fix all the mistakes by the previous contractors fast and efficiently. I would 100% recommend.
Comfort first was great. Very responsive and professional. My system went out on a cold week in January. I got immediate response to my call. The next day Jonathan was here in the morning to give me a quote for a new system as I already knew I needed one. Jonathan never tried to up sale me and worked with me on a good system. The next business day Erik and his team was here. Got to work and within hours I was up ang going with a new system. Above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys.
Great company to work with! John, the owner and his team were very professional and explained everything in great detail. Came out on Christmas Eve to fix my HVAC. Unfortunately, my 16 old unit died. They were back in a few days to install a new system. I highly recommend them!
Our heat went out last evening on one of the coldest days of the year. Not knowing what was wrong I called Comfort First and he assured me he would have someone out within an hour. They came repaired the broken valve and the heat was fixed. I called several other HVAC and no one even tried to set up an appointment for the same day. They will be my new HVAC contractor if and when needed. Thank you
Jonathan, Eric, and the rest of the team at Comfort First Mechanical are absolutely amazing. We've been without heat for months and were having trouble with salespeople trying to talk us into expensive systems that do far more than our small home needs. When Jonathan came by to give us a quote, he was courteous, professional, and talked me through things without speaking down to me or making me feel dumb. The pricing on the quote was very competitive and they were able to come out and get started on the new HVAC system install that same week. In two days, they installed a new furnace, duct work (in a home that did not previously have any), vents, and an air conditioning system. They also removed and hauled off the old broken furnace. As the team worked, Eric made sure that I stayed informed on what was being done and asked for my input and approval on things like vent locations, which I appreciated. When I had questions about the new thermostat post-installation and emailed after hours, Jonathan called me back within the hour and Eric made sure that everything was taken care of. The entire team was helpful, courteous, polite, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Comfort First Mechanical and their amazing team to anyone who has HVAC needs.
Jonathan and his team came in clutch helping us source and replace our heat system. Called him off of a recommendation and within 20 mins he was there to check out our system. He was super knowledgeable about the system and what needed to be done to replace it. He and his team were quick to get the orders in and were replacing the system in no time. The team worked efficiently and Jonathan was very responsive through out the entire process from first call through to the final product. Can’t recommend him and his team enough!
Highly recommend Comfort First Mechanical. They are responsive, professional, knowledgable, and they are very fair in their estimates and pricing. I appreciated that they were not salespeople and they were straightforward with what they thought we needed and what they could do. We had a very quick turnaround from when we got the estimate to when the service was done. Overall very happy and will recommend and use them in the future.
Our heat went out in November. I called them on a Monday at 10:30 and he was able to swing by at noon, diagnosed the problem, and he came out the next day to replace the system, all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will absolutely use them again for any future jobs!

I highly recommend Comfort First Mechanical. When I had an issue with my gas furnace, Jonathan was out the next morning to review the problem. He provided a thorough explanation of the issues and provided all the various solutions. In determining that the best option was to replace the heating system, he quickly contacted suppliers and was able to get equipment and his team out early the following morning to finish up the job quickly. The installation that his team did looks great. He and his team provided a thorough overview of the new system and answered all my questions.

They did an honest and accurate assessment of our home unit and helped us plan out how to improve our system with budget in mind. I had them come to my business to assess our unit before we signed a lease and they were thorough, timely, trustworthy, and more than fair with their costs.

Jonathan and the team were great. Same day availability and technician arrived on time. Completed there work and got our system back up and running
