Install went mostly fine. Had an issues with Nest wiring that caused the fan to not start up without AC or heating. After calling Comfort Experts Heating & AC Repair Valencia support, eventually their tech figured out how to fix it.
They were amazing this evening. I call with an emergency and they were here in a timely manor and had my house cooling with exceptional knowledge. There’s nothing worse then not being able to shower due to your hot water heater dying. Comfort Experts Heating & AC Repair technician did an amazing job removing my old water heater and installing a new one while bringing my home back up to code. He was extremely professional, expeditious, and my hot water was back up in running just only a few hours after I called out my service request.
My technician from Comfort Experts Heating & AC Repair was GREAT! He explained everything in detail before, during and after the installation. We had some warranty questions and if he wasn’t sure about an answer, he called the main office to relay our questions and he was then able to answer our questions. Great tech and company!
