Took several tries to get them to call back. Finally got an appointment and they never showed up.
This was a 5 star review but I could never get them to come back and finish the job.
Professional work. We have Airbnb rentals, which usually means time and other constraints when it comes to fixing anything. These guys were able to accommodate mine and tenant's schedule and did a great job. Will be happy to work with them again.
Worst customer service. Was rescheduled 4 different times last year. Decided to give them another chance and scheduled them for a furnace check and AC maintenance. They called and said that they will have to reschedule me again and that the person who will do the AC check will not be able to do the furnace check. So in turn, I am having to take off two separate days of work to get this job done that could essentially be done in one day. Very frustrating being that I took off the day from work and am now being rescheduled yet again. I would not recommend them due to their inconsistency with scheduling. Gabe has always been a great tech, but I am not happy with the scheduling department.
The Comfort Doctor team just finished and upgrade to our mini split heating and cooling system. They did and excellent job, were easy to communicate with, and were nice people to work with. They did and excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and in covering furniture and surfaces from dust and dirt. We would definitely use these guys again.
Prompt response, knowledgeable and professional employees, cost was commensurate with the service. I highly recommend this company. We need more like it in Santa Fe.
Above and beyond the call of duty. They made an emergency service call the day before Thanksgiving and saved the day!
Excellent service from Cornelio the plumber and Danni (spelling) in the office. Cornelio was on time, didn't rush, and did excellent work fixing a leak. For a minute there, I forgot I was in Santa Fe :-).

Had a small plumbing job. They had to reschedule, but they were very professional and accommodating. The technician was on time, worked hard the whole time, and solved an unexpected problem. Charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Excellent people to work with. I had two Fujitsu refrigerated air systems installed and have had one persistent problem with a recurring gap appearing in one section of the lineset covers ( very strange problem ) ; but, they are actively pursuing the problem at no additional charge to me. Everything else about the system is working fine.
Ray, John, and Joel did a great job installing a new swamp cooler. These guys work for the company and are not a bunch of commissioned guys like Cartwright. Saved me thousands and showed me how much Cartwrights messed up. Honest and hard working , I would use again.
Richard Marti personally visited me at home, where he recommended and cost-estimated ductless AC installation and radiant heat boiler replacement. I was pleasantly encouraged by no-nonsense, cost-saving advice to order both products and their installation by Team Luis (w/ Alex) and Team Ray (w/ Rich and John). Both teams, knowledgeable and friendly, accomplished the work to my satisfaction and on my schedule, despite physically and technically difficult tasks, bad weather, and rather long hours.

very professional, and extremely nice. everything was installed really fast and very neatly. I had been looking for someone to fix my pipes and they were highly recommended. They came the next day and took care of everything. Very happy with their service!!!
We came home the other day and found water all over the kitchen and laundry room! The pipes in the water heater closet had developed a leak and had been spraying water through a tiny pinhole. Not sure how long this was happening but we were relieved when The Comfort Doctor came on an emergency call and fixed the issue. Great service and awesome stress reliever to know that we have a trustworthy resource we can count on in an emergency!
