Al showed up on time and took the time to explained what he was going to do. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. He the job is done rechecks everything to make sure all is operational When the job was finished he did a through clean up and left no mess. Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling is the best and I highly recommend them.
Zaid with Comfort Crew was awesome, he got our LG mini splits working. Can't say enough about Zaid and our experience from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, hard working, knowledgeable, honest, reliable & he even followed up. Before reaching out to Zaid, AHS warranty sent 3 companies out more than once over a 10 month period & they never fixed the issue. We are so thankful we found Zaid. Fully trust him, his prices & his capabilities! Highly recommend, 5 star plus!
Al and Zaid are a true discovery -- very knowledgeable, punctual, courteous. They repaired an older AC/furnace system, working carefully, with great understanding of the system. Another time, they obtained/installed a new water heater within record time. I recommend them highly.
I first contacted Zaid and Al at Comfort Crew when I had a problem with an AC system that I had installed by another HVAC installer. I had gotten two other quotes from other air conditioning, companies that far exceeded half the price for a repair of what my original HVAC system cost me. Al and Zaid came and evaluated the problem with my HVAC MINI SPLIT SYSTEM and was able to fix my problem for $800 vs $6,000 as quoted by 2 others. It was at this time I knew these guys were reputable and could be trusted. Now being a satisfied customer, I entrusted them to install a MINI SPLIT SYSTEM in my garage and truth be told, they did another awesome job. Al and Zaid are a great team! They show up looking neat and clean, are punctual, professional and most of all offer reasonable prices with quality service. I can recommend them without a second thought.
Al and Zaid did an absolutely amazing job! They were punctual, polite and worked extremely efficiently together. The A/C went out and the entire system needed to be replaced (the fact that the system was installed in the 90’s it was amazing it made it this far). We were told they’d be here at 7am and they were here at 7am sharp and got right to work! Before we knew it Zaid walked me through testing out the system to make sure the heating elements were working properly as well as the A/C. After everything was tested and buttoned up, he informed me that he would come complete a tune up on the system before the summer heat hits. Zaid told me if there were ANY issues whatever, to contact him and he would be right out to take care of any concerns I had. I will definitely be recommending this crew to anyone!
Al is amazing! I was referred to him by a family member when our AC stopped working last night. Very professional and honest. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. I have limited experience with AC and he was able to walk me through what was happening with my system. He showed me exactly what was wrong and why. I strongly recommend him and he is now MY AC guy!
Amazing company. Highly recommend. They have come through for me at my commercial business multiple times. Very prompt response and just amazing caring people all the way around! 100% my only go to.
DAIKIN EMURA MINI SPLITS Al and Zaid showed up punctually at 7 am. As a matter of fact, they came 10 minutes early. As Al was walking up to my door Zaid was already on his way over to my condensator to start his diagnostic work. They had a device that was able to sniff for leaks and found a leak in a flair fitting in my dining room mini split. They tightened up the fitting and re-pressurized the system. Al and Zaid hung around for a half hour checking the 5 mini split heads' temperatures and adding in more freon as needed at the condensator. They had the entire system up and running in under 3 hours. Their final price also came in under their estimated cost! When was the last time you had service and that happened? I had one estimate made by the top Daikin dealer in the valley. That estimate was $1800 for diagnosis, $2700 to rehang all 5 mini split heads after taking them down for diagnosis and $175 per pound for coolant. The total cost without a discount would have been $6250 being the worst-case scenario and having to add 10 lbs of freon. I got a second got a second estimate over the phone of $1600 for diagnosis. Both Al and Zaid came in person and looked everything over and gave me a bid that was a bit less than the lowest bid last week so I hired them. Being a journalist I tend to ask a lot of questions and I found out that AZ Comfort Crew is a small 2 man operation. I like giving work to small business owners. It helps local economies and keeps commerce circulating in the community. My feeling is that small businesses tend to work harder and care more about the quality of their work because they need to maintain a top level of service to get and maintain clients and their prices tend to be lower than a company with a lot of trucks and a huge overhead. That all being said, I cannot thank Al and Zaid enough for doing a fantastic job and coming in way under budget, not to mention with everything they did and the job being completed they still came in for less
I recommend hiring Comfort Crew if you are looking for honesty and fair prices. Al initially came over for a summer tune up. My unit has never been serviced in 4 years. He found a few additional items that needed repair and came back the next week. The second time he came over, he had credited the amount I paid for the initial tune up and ultimately discounted the repairs my unit needed. Al recommended an annual tune up and If I am in this home next summer I will call him
Al and Zaid were very professional and prompt. I had an issue with my old system. They came out same day when my AC went out, they patched it while we scheduled for a full replacement. They got the system changed out on the scheduled day, and they stand by their work. Also happened to be the best offer I was given for the job, highly recommend.
Al was extremely prompt with my request to get a quote for my new AC unit. He educated me on my different options and provided a real fair estimate as compared to the other quotes received. I highly recommend Comfort Crew based on their honesty, professionalism and workmanship.
Down over the weekend. As you can imagine, when it's 110 degrees outside the house heats up fairly quick when the A/C doesn't work. I called around to about a dozen different places and none of them were able to make it out the same day. Comfort Crew was very responsive and had someone out to my house in less than 2 hours. AL , the service technician who fixed my air conditioner, was amazing! Friendly, understanding, and explained everything step by step. Long story short: give these guys a try. You won't regret it Thank you AL
Al at Comfort Crew is great an honest. I cannot believe what the other big billboard companies wanted to charge for replacing the condenser coil. I did not even need to change it!!! Al is honest and no BS. He was able to fix it without replacing the coil and has been up and running with no issues. I am glad I found them. Highly recommend!
