Save yourself the frustrations that others and I have experienced! To cover the entire story of unprofessionalism and ineptitude would be much longer than you would care to read. In short, I wasted a full two weeks with his promises to come to the next day or within a few hours, only to have him no-show without any explanation for days; after repeated attempts, he still could not find the issue with my heating system, so he resorted to telling me, "It works just fine, just not up to your standards." Funny how his, "It works just fine," was actually a system with multiple failing elements, requiring full replacement of the entire system! (And that was according to my home warranty company, who, let's be honest, would have every incentive to say otherwise!) Simply put, find another--just about any other--HVAC company.
This company is a total fraud, my home warranty company called him to fix an issue and with my humidifier, and since it wasn’t covered he offered to get me a replacement unit. I paid him 50% up front and 4 months later I still have no unit. I asked for my money back and he keeps saying he has sent it, but so far nothing. I am going to have to take him to small claims court.
This is a vendor being used by Choice Home Warranty (actually the 2nd company from them to be terrible) for our AC system. No one answers their phones or returns messages. They schedule appointments out 6-8 days and then reschedule either the day of or night before the appointment for another 6 or so days out. They’ve done this twice now. No call. No explanation. Nothing.
1 star is the lowest rating you can give. Put a complete new system in a year ago and what they did do hasn't worked right. Never put the heat unit in the air handler, left me without heat all winter. Had to find alternate heat source.
The technician kept rescheduling.. on the 3 or 4th reschedule. 3 weeks still nothing. We had enough and called another company they had the parts onhand and all services done within 2 hours of just calling them. Good bless anyone working with this company. Heads up he has changed his business name multiple times.
