Jason and Zach were awesome! Prior to contracting with this company for a new water heater and clawfoot tub shower conversion, Jason made an emergency call to our home at 8:30 pm. on a cold night when we had no heat. He fixed the problem right away and followed up. The work this company does is nothing but the best. They use the best fittings and products assuring endurance of their work. Highly professional and all round good guys
It would not be a stretch to say he might be the best in the country at what he does. Clearly the most knowledgeable around on air to water heat pump systems. His approach is thorough and transparent as he tries to offer a solution best for the client. We need more people like him in this field. And he’s a nice guy to boot.
I've been in the market to convert my home from steam heat to heat pump, and I spoke with Comfort Craftsmen during this process. My house wasn't a good fit to use them, but they took 20 minutes to help give me invaluable direction on this project. Any other business I would have called, would have shook me off of the phone as fast as they could have. Instead, they went into incredible detail to walk me through how to make this project a successful one for me and my family. I will be using Comfort Craftsmen for any future projects. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with them. They know their craft and the the products in the market. Sometimes even more important, they are friendly and people you want to do business with.
These guys were a pleasure to work with and everything was done to the highest possible standard. We were very satisfied with our service. We had a complicated project with a lot of moving parts and we changed our specifications multiple times before the start of the job due to planned home renovations in 2023 (at no fault of comfort craftsmen). Jason at Comfort Craftsmen always found a solution for every issue that was presented to him and was mindful of our budget. They showed up on time every day and always came when they said they would. Jason is very knowledgeable about heating and air and you will be hard pressed to find anyone that knows more than he does about the subject. I highly recommend Comfort Craftsmen. No games or drama, just great work.
Jason at Comfort Craftsmen went above and beyond to get me heat when I discovered on a service call in early October that the ancient boiler in the condo I just bought was not functional. He was friendly and responsive, gave honest and thorough advice, and didn't push me to overspend. What is more, he booked me in on his weekend so that my new high efficiency boiler was up and running before the temperature began to drop. He came highly recommended and he did excellent work. I absolutely recommend giving him your business - you won't regret it!
I used Comfort Craftsmen to service my gas HVAC system. They were super responsive (showed up 24 hours later), knowledgeable (taught me specifics about my system i didn't know), and respectful of my home (wearing booties, mask, etc). Would totally recommend to friends and call on them again and will.
Jason and his team are phenomenal. I used Jason to repair faulty & failing Samsung Mini-Split units that were installed originally by someone else. Jason is truly passionate about his work, and this is evident in his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the joy with which he explains the details and reasons behind what he is doing. As someone who is always curious about the work being performed, I appreciated how Jason made complex concepts easy to understand. It was also evident from day 1 that Jason really understands what he's talking about and does not cut corners. He does things right, the first time around, and as a result I think the work will stand the test of time. He is also incredibly generous with his time, and will ensure he answers any question you have before he considers his work to be done. Especially with these units where limited information is available online, I greatly appreciated the detail he was able to get into in training me on the best practices for the mini-splits. Finally, his apprentice Zach (Zack?) is awesome too. I can't imagine having anyone else work on these and will recommend -him whole-heartedly.
We used Comfort Craftsmen to replace our oil heat with a heat pump and to add AC to our house. Right from the quoting process, Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were considering. We ended up gathering several quotes and they were very patient, but it was clear that they were able to provide the customized product we wanted for best price. Throughout the install, Jason and Zach were very professional and worked hard to deliver a quality product within the time frame discussed. That included working late into the night and over the weekend on occasion, to ensure the AC was working right in time for a brutal heat wave. They really cared about delivering what was promised and making sure we were happy with the end result. We highly recommend Comfort Craftsmen for HVAC/Heat pump install & maintenance.
Jason was amazing in his responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to answer all my questions! Extremely professional and great to work with. We also have a reactive dog and Jason was so accommodating with her as well.
We had a very nice and polite guy named Jason who came to fix our A.C. in our apartment complex. He always informed me about what he was doing and what was going on. He even offered to help me move my things from my closet so he can get into the panels where it was collecting water. Thank you for the easy and fast experience! Definitely recommend to anyone who is having HVAC issues, call these guys!
