We used Kris with Comfort Craft LLC last fall to service our rental properties furnace and heat pump. Communication and service were great! Recently, we started experiencing issues with our home furnace. My husband called Kris on Monday, April 3rd who answered promptly. Kris came out same day and took care of us. We were referred to Comfort Craft by 3 very close friends who purchased a furnace for their homes from Comfort Craft. Not one of them is disappointed with the product or their services. Comfort Craft owner's are professional, knowledgeable and personable. All our questions and concerns were answered. Comfort Craft is sensitive to your need and your budget. Our heat pump went out during very cold weather Kris came out the next day and diagnosed a failed motor assembly ordered the part and the day after he got it on a weekend came out and fixed it. Highly recommend this company.

Kris was quickly able to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit and added us to his schedule despite it already being packed so that we could have it working before the heat wave. He even detected a gas leak in the furnace and fixed it while on site. He worked faster than anticipated so he charged us less than his initial estimate. He was knowledgeable, punctual, professional, affordable, and one of those quality local businesses that are a gem to the community. I recommend him without reservation for anyone that needs help with their A/C and furnace.

Kris and Company will give you excellent professional service with a smile. That means a lot these days when companies sometimes send out junior people with no clue about friendly customer service. These guys are very experienced and get the job done right.
Kris and Wes (Comfort Craft) did some gas line and venting work for my home remodel, along with a new furnace and heat pump addition. I worked with a LOT of contractors in this 4 month remodel, and Comfort Craft is one of only a few I'd use again, and I plan to use for the life of the home. Kris explained things thoroughly, but in a way that I understood. Having them at the home was a pleasure, and the work they did was spot on. I won't need another heating/cooling, etc. company for as long as I'm in the area. They're amazing!
No heat and it is freezing outside? Called Comfort craft and they worked me into their busy schedule in about 2 hours. My 44 yo furnace was like new in 2 days. The repair costs were reasonable. I will be using this company in the future.
Chris called within 10 mins of online inquiry. I told him I thought it was the blower motor out of the furnace. He quoted me a price for a universal motor with labor. When he showed up he confirmed the motor was bad. But since my furnace was small the universal wouldn't work and I had to go with OEM. He showed me the fit and exactly why it was easy to see the motor housing was too wide. Again gave me pricing up front. Chris went above and beyond making sure that there was nothing else major damaged to the heat exchanger or any other components prior to replacing the blower motor. Chris did and excellent job and furnace is working smoothly. Really appreciate upfront pricing.
