Reliable fast efficient.. The only heat n air company I will use
Tim and his crew came out and installed a new HVAC unit at my house in a very timely manner. I will definitely use him again.
Tim has gone above and beyond multiple times for us. He is always fair on pricing, but what I really like is his honesty on what does or doesn't need to be done. With trades, I feel you kinda are at their mercy on things and when he's actually told me I didn't need something or it could wait, I appreciate that honesty and it has what has brought me to use him again and again!

I chose this company to service our rent house. The serviceman came quickly and got the job done, no problems. Tim even recommended some things we can do to keep the HVAC in good shape in the long term, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended to my coworker.

We had some issues with our furnace ironically the day of the first freeze. It was on a Sunday. I called comfort control specialists on account of being highly recommended by anyone I asked. They came out and fixed the problem in less than a hour!!!! Nobody has or will come close to the professionals at CCS!!! Thank you for keeping my family warm this winter!!!
