Josh and his team have always provided the best service for my family. There is no one I'd rather have working on my HVAC. They recently installed a new 3-ton downstairs unit and it works great. Thanks Comfort Control.

I just called on Comfort Control again for help with my unit. My service was scheduled on the same morning I called. I received two calls from the office (one to let me know they received my message, and one to let me know they had dispatched a technician). When the technician Adam arrived, he was friendly, efficient and helpful. He provided me with useful instruction re how to care for my system to prevent the problem from reoccurring. He was patient with my questions. Really appreciate Comfort Control.

In August of 2016, Comfort Control completely replaced our 3 HVAC systems. They installed a Daikin heat pump system with an LP backup when the temperature dropped down to a specified temperature. We constantly had issue with one of the systems when the weather got cold and we had them them out multiple times but they never could resolve the problem. Then they became non-responsive to our requests and we used other companies to handle our maintenance requests. When the weather got cold a few weeks ago, the unit in question stopped working. the AC company we've been using informed us that the unit did not have an LP kit installed and the heat exchanger was faulty. I was told that the installation was not done properly and it not only caused the unit to not work properly but also presented a fire hazard. I contacted Comfort Controls to have them correct THEIR improper installation issue but they told me that since other companies had worked on the system, they wouldn't fix the problem. I'm now having to replace the furnace at a cost of $4,000 because the 7-year Daikin warranty is voided due to the improper installation. I do not recommend anyone using this company. I contacted Co
I am extremely happy about having found Comfort Control Air Conditioning and having them working on my project. I am a perfectionist, I had my requirements and I searched for quite a long time before I decided to give them a try and I had no regrets whatsoever! My project was to get a mini-split system installed in my garage. Comfort Control Air Conditioning quoted me with a great price, showed up on time, appeared professional, very polite and extremely knowledgeable (which is a problem with some other businesses). The work was done to the standard of my perfectionism and they left me in a nicely cooled garage and impressed to remember and to recommend to anyone!
Excellent, have been working with Comfort Control for years on multiple projects. They've done everything from maintenance to complete installations for me. Josh is very honest and helpful.
Needed a new AC unit back in May and they were out the next day to install unit. Josh was very easily to get along with and they were in and out quickly. Price was very reasonable too. This week we noticed some issues with our heater unit ,simple tape fixes after turning it on for the first time. We calls Josh on a Friday afternoon and he had someone at our house within 3 hours. If that's not customer service I don't know what is. Definitely check these guys out!!
