My Air conditioner stopped working on a Wednesday before the Labor day weekend. I figured I would not get a appointment till after the holiday. I called on Thursday as soon as they opened and got a appointment same day. The service person arrived found out the problem right away fixed it. I was very happy with the quick service & the repair cost was reasonable.
Service was good. I felt like they overcharged me. They find out the problem. The capacitor was bad. Tech changed my capacitor. He charged me capacitor alone $242. After he left I checked through online it's only under $100 you can buy capacitor.
I've been a client of Comfort Control for over 11 years for routine maintenance and they also replaced my 18 year old heater in the middle of a severe cold spell a couple years ago. All their technicians are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Tom R. just finished my A/C check up and was very thorough. I highly recommend Comfort Control. Excellent company with outstanding customer service.

Pat was very knowledge professional. He explained what the problem was and what caused it. He gave me tips on how to avoid similar problems. He also is a very polite person. You are lucky to have him working for you.
The Comfort Control team was very professional during the two day installation process. They accommodated my requests and kept me apprised of important developments. They were on time both days and adequately explained how to operate the new unit.

We had Comfort Control replace our old oil furnace a couple of years ago with a more efficient heat pump and a/c system. Their pricing was competitive, their installation team was great, extremely respectful of our home and our time. Recently, I had to call them because our furnace was running all the time, and we weren't sure what happened. The technician really took his time to uncover the issue, and then double checked to make sure that once he made the adjustment to our thermostat (which is all that was causing the problem) that it was working perfectly before he left. I cannot say enough about the quality of the service of this company. I would certainly recommend them and have to several family and friends.
