I called them early in the week to diagnose a failing outdoor unit and they came out at the scheduled time. Extremely friendly and courteous, they explained the issue to me and recommended a new unit due to mine being 20 years old. They explained the whole process and came out today to do the installation. I was extremely impressed on their professionalism from the beginning to the end. They respected our time and home and didn’t leave any trash or dirt in the house. Our new AC system is working like a dream. I highly recommend them, you will not regret it.
I'd like to thank Comfort Control for being willing to help out a customer not in the Mobile area. I called Comfort Control as they provide the nearest Champion whole-house generator dealership. One of their technicians, Ryan, drove all the way from Mobile to Fort Walton Beach, FL to commission my new generator. They set a date to visit, texted to confirm the appointment, called when departing and arrived on time! Ryan was very knowledgeable on the system and helped me learn the Wifi control features, installed new batteries, filled the motor with oil and checked the amperage, voltage, and frequency of the power. Everything went smoothly! Thanks Comfort Control!
Dwayne and Shay are a wonderful team working together to provide excellent customer service for all your HVAC needs. I first began using them for maintenance of my system. They were always prompt, professional, and honest. When it was time to replace my system, they were my first choice. There is never a good time to be without AC in the south, and they made the process efficient and comfortable. They offered to let me use a portable AC in my home until my installation. They always arrived on time and provided the best communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this team for all of your system needs!
Recently my A/C and Heating unit stopped working. It was actually time for an upgrade, of course, after 20 plus years. From the time Mr. Moulds and his wife & partner, entered into our home they both are very professional, made my wife and I feel at ease-when we were asking lots of questions. Two days later, its time for the install: Mr Moulds and his assistant were on time (I'm a stickler for punctuality), was equipped with all the right tools needed, about his business and also quick with installation. Made sure EVERYTHING was working properly. All my wife and I can say, 'hands-down the BEST IN TOWN.!' We would definitely recommend their service/s to anyone and all.
My husband and I recently contracted Comfort Control to install a whole home generator. What a FABULOUS experience!! They communicated every detail and appointment! They are very professional and respectful! We have and will continue to recommend them for any heating, air conditioning and generator needs! Two thumbs up!!
I recently got a heat pump installed through these guys. They made sure I was set up for success with a great system at a very reasonable price. After it was installed, they made sure to double and triple check with me that everything went smoothly. The company also offers a 1 year warranty on any work they’ve done so you can always call them if they messed up. I’d definitely recommend Comfort Control if you’re in the area and need AC work!

After an unfortunate event with another company, I had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Shay and Mr. Dawayne. I cannot express the level of peace I attained that day. So much so, I had an entire 3 year old HVAC system replaced. To say this company is exceptional would simply be an understatement. They operate and move with a level of integrity that has been long lost by many. It is comforting to know that my HVAC services will now be maintained by individuals who are not only kind but possess a moral compass. Very nice and professional. Super honest about what the problem was and didn’t try to up sale anything else. I initially had an appt. for a Friday but they were able to fit me in on the Tuesday before.Mrs. Moulds asked for me to send a pic of the unit so they could be fully prepared.they were able to fix the ac unit outside and fight off the relentless wasps. Lol The heat was awful and they were all smiles the whole time!! I felt comfortable and safe like I was their sister!🙂Definitely my new ac repair company and i highly recommend!
They were very honest and trustworthy when it came to what needed to be done. I didn’t feel like I was paying for more than what actually needed to be done. They were very pleasant to work with and very diligent in making sure the job was done right. I especially appreciated how they checked on me multiple occasions after the work was completed to make sure my system was still functioning well and that I was satisfied. I also liked the convenience of being able to use my mobile device to pay them. I will definitely use this company for regular maintenance and any future work that needs done. I highly recommend them to others!

Excellent service. They were very knowledgeable. There was a delay in delivery due to COVID which was out of their control and they offered to bring temporary heating to make sure we were comfortable . Who does that? We were really touched. This was to be a significant upgrade of our whole heating and cooling system. We contacted several local contractors. None of them were nearly as punctual, knowledgeable, or informative as the staff at Comfort Control. All of our questions and concerns were addressed, a solution and proposal were created, and an installation plan was promptly executed. The quality of the system we selected met all of our expectations and then some. The additional creative solution to a inefficient and poorly designed duct system on a secondary floor of our home was icing on the cake. Our only regret is that we didn't contact Comfort Control sooner. Above all, we now have peace of mind with Comfort Control as our "go to" provider for all of our heating and cooling needs. I truly appreciated the professionalism. They made sure that the scope of work was clearly explained including costs. They arrived on time and completed the work when expected. You can tell much thought was put beforehand to ensure the job is successful. When something unexpected came up they clearly explained the situation and what can be done to remediate. I truly appreciate their attention to detail. They ensured my new unit is running a peak optimization. So far with this new unit I have seen my power bill cut in half due to the efficiencies of this new unit. They explained what to expect - no underperformance nor exaggeration - what they said they delivered.
