Gus was outstanding. He came one hour after I called despite a very high demand for air conditioner repairs due to the past two days having temperatures of 108 degrees. He had the parts to repair my system on his truck. He was very knowledgeable about my system (Carrier) just as his ad said "repairs all major brands". He explained what was needed and why and his charges were very fair. He is a local resident in Yolo County (Woodland). I'll recommend him without reservation to my friends and family for any HVAC repairs.
The service was for my parent's house, the furnace was not working and at this time it was a huge issue, my Father being terminally ill. I made one call and within an hour Gustavo came out to Esparto and fixed the issue. I received great service! Gustavo, the tech, he educated me on what was going on and that gave such confidence in knowing I had picked the correct company to rely on. Extremely satisfied! Called at 11 am with ac out in middle of August during 100 degree weather .came same day and got it going in no time.. the tech was super nice and even let me hover and see what's going on.. definitely a company to use.. techs name was Antonio. He was a really nice guy

Castable is a good Christian man. Very honest and will tell you what is best for your home to save money on gas, electric and installation cost. The job was done in 6 hours from beginning to end. Highly recommended!!!!
Great service! Very professional and thorough with work. I love how responsive Gus was and communicated everything clearly so we understood every step. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. The customer service you’ll receive with this company is nothing short but above and beyond my expectations. They make you feel important even a year later when I called in for a service call. The response was fast and again, communication was instant! I can’t say it enough, I’ve been very impressed and pleased with the customer service we received. The equipment they installed saved me so much money on my energy bill INSTANTLY!
My AC stopped working on Friday. I called a very big company out of Sacramento for help and they could not get here until Monday morning. They (the unmentionable) came out and fiddled with some wires and said we were good to go. A couple hours later it died again. I called them back and they said the soonest they could come out was Thursday evening, unacceptable since they were just servicing my unit. I called my landlord to let him know what happened so he made a couple of calls and said this guy named Gustavo was supposed to be coming out to check the AC. Next thing I know this very nice guy was here and ready to help. He walked me through every step as he was troubleshooting the problem and determined that the AC unit was dead. He generously squeezed me in today!! TODAY!!! 👍🏼I now have a brand new functional AC unit and my house is very cool already. I’m very fortunate that we found Gustavo to help us out on such short notice, he is a perfect example of great customer service (unlike the big guys from Sac) and I totally recommend him for your AC needs!!! He really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of .... thank you GUSTAVO!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gustavo is everything I want in a person I'm doing business with - honest, upfront, reliable, inexpensive. He beat my other bid, that I got through a good friend, on the exact same unit, by $2,000! Of course the other guy thought there was no way he could do it for that price, warning me I get what I pay for & I'm going to get screwed. I trusted Gustavo & my gut & I couldn't be happier with the professionalism & communication. I won't use anyone else now. Highly recommend Comfort Check!

Gus is super kind and efficient at what he does. Fixed my AC back in October and just fixed my Heater today which is a really outdated model that nobody else seemed to understand. Most convenient service in the area hands down
