Nate arrived during the estimated time frame. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to explain our issue and how to run our system more efficiently.
Nate went out of his way during a service call to make sure my system was running and spent time educating me on how to properly maintain my hvac system. He is very professional, polite and personable and someone I trust and will call again!
After I called Comfort Champions they quickly dispatched a technician. Nate was very professional, personable, and thorough with his inspection. He took the time to detail what he found, and explained ways we could maintain the unit for years of use.

I was very impressed from start to finish with my interaction with this company. I asked to be put on a waiting list as I was going to be out of town for a week, and was surprised when they called me today and said they could make it to my home without paying the emergency call fee. My home is only 3 years old, so I expected something easy, but as I observed Nate working on the system I understood completely what the issue was and I didn't feel at all like I was upsold on the replacement of the fan and motor. After they completed the repair, they tested and balanced my freon and showed me the manufacturers recommendation on temps and pressures so that I could see that everything was now in line. They balanced my AC compressor and made a minor vibration go away. They checked temps on my returns and vents to make sure the temperature differential was where it needed to be. I was able to see diagnostically and in reality that my system was now optimized. They also made a small fix to my nest so that it has a dedicated power service line, which will prolong the life on that thermostat. I will recommend them to everyone I am able to with confidence. Employee of the month nomination to Nate, who was over the top polite, communicative, thorough and punctual. His sidekick Landon also did a very good job.
Comfort Champions did an outstanding job repairing a leaking HVAC flue. Because of how the flue pipe was routed, it was very difficult to determine where the leak originated and how to access it. Nate used his great expertise to quickly and carefully find, access and repair the problem spot. It took much less time and cost a fraction of what I thought it would. Truly impressive work!
Stop reading reviews and just call these guys! Their pricing is very competitive and their service is top notch. Why did you read this until the end? I told you, stop reading and call them, you won’t regret it.
They were very professional and gave me all available options. Did not pressure me at all and explain the pro and con of all the options . Once I made the decision on getting a new furnace and A/c they showed up on time and finished the work in timely and very professional manner. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Comfort champions has serviced my AC for a few seasons and recently replaced my furnace. They were super helpful with all my questions, did the job for a fair price, and completed it really quickly. They walked me through the options and communicated well. Highly recommend

Not happy, poor quality equipment, poor instillation, and poor service! Do NOT use this company if you are looking for anything relation to heating and cooling! Go somewhere else!!!!!

Can NOT recommend. After installation I had to call them back. The system was left not working right, plus they forgot to connect to a vent in 1 of 3 bedrooms and the air ducts would bang very loud as it would shut off. The guy who came out to fix the problems was irritated and swore the whole time. The air ducts still bang/pop.
I'm currently having some very mixed feelings about Comfort Champions. I used them last summer both to install a brand new AC unit in my condo and repair my hot water heater, and they were fantastic for both of those things. However, early this morning I found that I had a mild flood in the bathroom where my washing machine is; water appeared to have sprayed up and out of the sink that's connected to the washer drain, my floor was soaked in water, and the washer was still filled with water from the load I had done last night. So I can only assume there's a clog in the drain where my washer drains to. I wasn't positive if they offered plumbing services, so I checked their website and it states in multiple places that they do plumbing(I'll attach screenshots below). I called them at about 7 am this morning(website says call 24/7) and there was no answer, so I left a message about what had happened. I didn't hear anything back from them by about 3:30pm, so I called them again. The woman on the phone told me, "oh yeah I got your voicemail and was going to call you back(which she never did), but I texted the owner of the company and he said we don't do plumbing, we're an HVAC company." I said that's weird because the website lists plumbing services. She said "yeah we don't do clogged pipes. Sorry." So I'm just pretty frustrated that 1)their website lists all the plumbing services they offer, but apparently if you call for plumbing services they're only an HVAC company, and 2)that she said she was "going to call me back" after hearing my voicemail and 8 hours later still hadn't called me back to let me know they couldn't help me. I'll also put the screenshot of my outgoing calls to them just for fun. I'll admit I also could have called them back sooner to follow up after not hearing back, I'm not trying to blame them for any damages of not getting my clog fixed sooner, but I just wish they would have actually gotten back to me so I could have called someone else soone
