Jay is a excellent technician. Before he arrived at our house he thought of potential problems that may be causing our unit to not operate properly. After looking at our system he quickly solved our problem which resulted in nice cool air being pumped out on a hot day. Thanks Jay.

Great local company that responds quickly in the event of a problem and is always courteous. Their knowledgeable about my system, perform semi annual maintenance to prevent breakdowns, call before they arrive and make me feel comfortable that any problem that may arise with my system, they can be counted on to get it back in operation quickly Kevin and Cameron are always prompt and polite..

We have used Comfort Central, for several years to do twice yearly maintenance. They have always done a great job, and we are very satisfied. Cameron came today. He is always pleasant, efficient, and willing to answer any questions that I have. He explains things well. I have great confidence in them, and feel like they are extending the life of the heating and air conditioning systems by the careful care they give them. I would certainly recommend them!
Andrew came to do maintenance on our HVAC system and was very particular and knowledgeable about his trade. He tested our system thoroughly and answered all questions and let me know exactly what he was looking for and where it needed to be. Cleaned the unit both inside and outside the house. Highly recommend this service not only for the knowledge and efficiency, but also the caring they put into your home and specific unit 10/10 would recommend to anyone, any day.

I've had great experiences with comfort central. I've bought a few homes in the area and had to replace a couple of systems over the years. In my experience, they have showed up on time, they have competitive pricing and they have a professional staff (from the office to the technicians). They leave quality work behind and have been responsive to any ongoing needs. Top notch.
I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. I can recommend Kevin and the Comfort Central crew without reservation.
