WARNING DO NOT USE. Been trying to get a call back for a week.
***Reduced from 5 to 2 stars*** I cannot say enough about this operation. I had my HVAC system replaced at an excellent price with superior customer service and maintenance. I've referred them to many other by word of mouth and will continue to do so! ***UPDATE*** We've experienced problem after problem since our initial installation, including the main dual stage motor failing twice, an improperly installed pvc fitting, and two AC leaks. Not a single season has gone by without a problem. I would shop around if I were you. The only reason for 2 and not 1 star is the techs who came out each time were decent human beings.
My heater quit working in the middle of the night. We were worried with the cold snap. These guys quickly came to my home that same day. I was worried about an expensive repair as we have an older heater, but the technician made some adjustments, put in a new filter and everything started working well again. It now has been over 2 months and it is still going strong. Very affordable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them. They are also family owned and I think thats why they have such great customer service.

Excellent service, tech showed up earlier than expected. He was honest professional and very quick. I would highly recommend. We found we had a clogged condensation trap, and resolved the issue in no time. :)
Our furnace happened to go out during this recent cold spell in the late evening hours (this tends to be for some reason when this happens for most everyone I think - during a cold spell and during the late evening - RIGHT)? Anyway, the first thing in the morning I called Comfort By Nature and explained our situation and they were "exceptional"! They made some adjustments to their schedule that day and by around 10:00 am I had one of their service reps here ready to remove our old furnace and then directly afterwards installed a brand new one. This entire process really didn't take long - maybe a couple hours. Plus, they called a day or so afterwards and offered a free stop brief inspection just to make sure that everything was operating as it's suppose to. The service personnel themselves were very kind, knowledgeable and were considerate in making sure that they did not track in dirt onto our carpet and flooring, and tried to protect everything. Also, besides all of this I felt the total cost was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this firm when in need of furnace or heating work and/or air conditioning work - and if your going to get a couple of quotes, be certain to at least contact this firm!!!!

I called them the morning my furnance quit. Erik showed up later that day. Was very honest and explained why it wasnt working properly. The price was more than fair. I would highly recomend these guys.

Had my ac unit worked on by air repair late last year and it was down again by spring. After several trips, they finally "found" a leak and supposedly fixed that for free but said I also needed a new contactor (which makes no sense because everything was running.. it just wasn't cold air coming out) and charged me over $200 to replace that. I tried to call and discuss it with the owner, but he never returned my phone calls. Now, not even 2 months later, It's starting to fail again.. obviously they didn't fix the refrigerant leak. I'll be calling someone else, even though the work should be under warranty w/ these guys. I won't use them again. This is an update on my previous review. I had another service come out and they found 3 leaks.. all very obvious. Two just required tightening down threaded joints. The other, he said, they had put pipe dope on the screw on cover of the schrader valve, and that it was leaking so badly, it was an audible hiss. Pipe dope??? That's what I was charged $200+ for?? He replaced the schrader valve and recharged the system. It had leaked over 4 lbs of refrigerant in less than 2 mos. after being repaired by air repair. I just paid several hundred more dollars to fix what I had already paid over $300 to fix. Not only will I never use them again, I'll take every opportunity to tell others not to use them.. hope I save someone else from being ripped off.
