The guys were pleasant to deal with by phone and in person. They were professional and courteous. They did not ask for payment until they were 100% things were working properly! We will definitely call on them in future with all of our needs.
Johnathan came to my house to inspect an HVAC system that was not working. I was recommended this company by a friend after his great experience with them. He came to my home, explained what was wrong and what would be done, in detail. Let me know what the cost would be and was upfront about everything. He even checked the rest of the system to make sure everything else was in order. I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.
Jon Barnes was very helpful. He fixed our issue quickly while explaining in detail what happened, why, and how to fix. I appreciate his skill and great attention to detail! Highly recommend and will be booking with Comfort Assurance again.

Jon is and will always be my trusted hvac company, he’s very professional and well knowledge in his product. Was on time and always answered any phone call or question I had. Was the easiest of all my utilities we recently installed and the price for comfort you can not match.
Highly recommend! HVAC systems always seem to go down at the worst times, so getting it back up quickly is important. These guys were able to do that. Other companies had a 5-7 day wait. Jon was able to come out, diagnose and fix the problem within 24 hours. Their customer service and door side manner is excellent as well. Jon was upfront and honest. Even their pricing was fair. Again, highly recommended!

Assurance was great at troubleshooting my older AC unit and checked in twice to make sure it was working correctly. I recommend Assurance whenever someone is having hvac issues.

I've utilized a lot of the major HVAC corps in the RVA area since I purchased my home but I had the best experience with Comfort Assurance. Jonathan and his crew really took the time to listen to me and come up with a tailored / specific solution that directly addressed the shortcomings in my system and made noticeable improvements to its output and efficiencies. I will be using them for all future work and highly recomend their services.

I recommend Jonathan and his company 100%. I called and received an appointment the same day! He was professional, very thorough and detailed explaining the issues with our HVAC unit. He adjusted our unit in the attic which had been very noisy for the past 6 years. Finally, we have peace and quiet!! Thank you again Jonathan :)

I had Comfort Assurance install an air purifier. The scheduling was fast and quality of work was great. They even found an existing issue that needed to be fixed while they were there.
