AC went down right as it's starting to get hot outside. Called Comfort - they got me an appointment the next day! The crew came out and fixed the issue in under an hour, while also teaching me about the system and what went wrong. These guys are awesome!
Very professional. Arrived on time with correct parts. Unlike other companies they cleaned up work area, no bits of wires or parts packaging left in attic. Great company, great service. I highly recommend!

Mehdi, the owner of Comfort Ambience, provided exceptional service fixing both of our heating units which are over 20 years old. While he rightfully recommended us that it was time to replace the entire unit, he focused fixing the units with minimum cost to make them working until we replace them. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest and we definitely recommend him for any HVAC work.

Our furnace stopped working first week of December 2022, just a few days before winter storm hit the area and left us in an emergency situation. Mehdi, the company owner, was the only person who responded immediately and showed up a day after. He found out the problem in couple of hours and provided us with all available options we had and also a detail analysis of our heating and cooling system named “load calculation”. After all we decided to replace our 15 years old “Carrier” unit with a new one rather than replacing the main board on old unit. I got some quotes from other local companies for the unit I was interested and Mehdi’s quote beat all of them by far. He showed up at 9:00 am on service day and finished installing the new unit at 8:00 pm! We paid the invoice by credit card in a very user friendly way via Comfort Ambience website. He stopped by a couple days after to make sure everything running okay. Finding Mehdi at a tough emergency situation was a blessing to me. He is an honest family man with a great knowledge of cooling and heating systems and competitive prices and I recommend him to anybody in Triangle area.
When it was 90°F outside and 7pm, our outside unit began to make a loud noise and the AC stopped blowing cold air. I tried calling several HVAC companies to request a technician, but none of them answered. My friend gave me Mehdi's phone number and said, "You will not be sorry if you call him," and I took it. It was amazing! He arrived a few minutes later and fixed it. I'd like to thanks Mehdi once more, and I very much recommend this company !

Unfortunately, on the first of many 17-degree days, our upstairs heater stopped blowing hot air. It was a weekend, and Mehdi responded quickly to my emergency, arriving around the time he stated and doing everything he could to get the unit running again. I strongly recommend the company's services. He is friendly, extremely professional, open and honest about the entire process, and his work is excellent! Thank you once more, Mehdi!
Comfort Ambience is an awesome company . I used them twice to replace my HVAC unit and the workmanship and price was Awesome !!! Mehdi did such a nice job and installation was done in half a day !!! He even did 5 install for my family members and all are very happy . This company really stands by its work and the costing is the best in the market. There were other companies but the seemed way to high in price . Their price had the marketing cost , sales cost , pay several people from your one purchase . Mehdi’s price is straight forward and very honest !! I saw honest & quality in his work !! I would give him my business any day . Oh warranty is also good
