Highly Recommend Comfort Air USA, Top notch service, My rental property AC unit went out, I called Comfort Air and Chris came out immediately he inspect the unit explain to me what needed to be done (old unit was the original unit) so his team installed a brand new unit. Fast Service!! Chris and his team are professionals ,knowledgeable, honest and his prices are reasonable. My tenant is happy and I am very much satisfied, Thanks again Comfort Air. You guys Rock! The man MIKE CRAMER,his card stated, came to the back of my house and appeared he did not know what he was doing. He was taking entire outdoor unit and tearing apart. My York Air Conditioning unit was serviced every year like clock work. Next there was not even a little bit of freon in it and it was 1 lb. Low. Pressed me to pay CASH out of my BANK ACCOUNT for LOCKING NUTS FOR FREON IN AND OUT AT $60. VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE. HE THE Technician was across the street and next door to speak to my neighbors the day before. I really don't understand what happened when he was doing what I was doing to the air conditioning unit. Neighbors across street nor next door DID NOT not have Central air Conditioning. Moved from next door 2020. Has NOT flooded under my home since I moved in January 1, 2010!
I have not written many reviews, but had to take the time out to commend Comfort Air USA on a job very well done! Our AC unit died on us. Chris came on the weekend , diagnosed the problem then made his recommendation after a full inspection of the entire System. His quoted price was reasonable. He directed us to where we could get financing for the units we needed and returned on schedule with his crew to do a major installation. Despite injuring his hand his team completed the job in a timely manner. They were clean and they removed the junk and debris that resulted. Thanks guys. Chris, I hope your hand gets well soon. My house is cool again with Comfortable Air!!
Our A/C coils were dirty from previous condo remodeling work. I called Total Appliance who wanted to remove the entire A/C unit and take to their shop for cleaning the coils, taking at minimum three days. They wanted me to wait 2-3 months to schedule the service which was not covered under their service plan. I called Comfort Air USA and Chris came out the next day, saw the problem, and cleaned the coils perfectly in less than 2 hours. He explained how he would address the problem, not needing to remove anything except the sand dust and dirt on the coils. He serviced the unit as well. Chris is honest, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and reasonably priced. Since he serviced our A/C unit the inside air is completely improved. I am very grateful and recommend Comfort Air USA very highly.

I don't typically make the time to do this but I had to shout out Comfort Air USA! They sent out a technician named Chris and he was great and made me very comfortable having him in my home with me and my daughter. He had to come back several times and was very professional and courteous. I am a single mother renting an apartment in a very old 3 story building and had a major repair that needed to be done. I never felt taken advantage of or hustled. Started with just a little water leaking in the closet, he fixed it. Then months later it went hot but the compressor was fine, he figured out the problem and got his crew here the next day and had to install massive lengths of copper that ran from the first floor up and they didn't leave until it was fixed. They were neat and cleaned up their mess, even asked for a dust pan so they could sweep. Fast forward a few months to now... it went dead, the compressor was out completely during the summer solstice! He was here the next day installing my new unit! Chris is my saving grace this summer! Thank you. He continued to take my calls (even the late ones) and came every time he said he would, and on time! He was able to work around my work schedule and comes in the evening with a smile on his face. He has become like a regularly scheduled program over these past few months but I'm afraid now that he has done such a great job fixing my AC issue that the season has come to an end! I would highly recommend Comfort Air USA - just ask for Chris!!
Chris, from the very moment I made that call, regarding the AC; having no idea what had happened; and my kids were miserable due to the heat. He was prompt and very direct on the issues and the options that was available to me. He came and repaired the AC and his level of professionalism is beyond reproach. I came home from work today and my ac was not working. Even though it was cool outside, it was 80 degrees in my house. Before I called comfort air usa, I called a random ac guy to come out and take a look at it. I won't name the company, but they quoted me over $500 to replace a fan motor on my outside unit and recommended I change out an expensive compressor. I decided to get another quote and called comfort air usa. Chris (the owner) came out and did an inspection. I didn't give him any information about the estimate from the other company and he still quoted me a much lower price and said that my compressor is running perfectly fine. After his inspection it was getting dark so I figured he was going to have to come back the next day. My 3 year old daughter has a bad cold and being in a house without ac wasn't going to help her. As a courtesy, I had previously alerted him to the fact my daughter was sick before he came inside the house. Knowing this, Chris insisted on working in the dark in order to get the ac running tonight for my sick kid. He was out there till 10:30pm and had us up and running the same night. I don't ever write reviews, but I just thought that it's so rare for a company to go out of their way like Chris did to help someone and to do so without being asked. He already gave me a great price and was totally honest with me (unlike the other company). Chris went above and beyond when he didn't need to and you don't ever see that these days. I'm going to recommend him to everyone I know and if you need ac work done call comfort air usa and ask for Chris first. Don't waste time with the random dishonest companies out there.
Professional/Punctual/Afforadable
I was pleased with the level of work which this Company protrayed especially the technician Chris, his work was great and his customer service was excellent . I had a 8 am appointment and by 7:45 he was outside my house , I would not recommend no other company than Comfort Air USA.
