Never could reach anyone. Very slow to make repairs. No one seemed concerned that we were without AC when it was 100.
The technician arrived earlier than expected and was very knowledgeable of the issue with my A/C.
Comfort air came into my home and made a thorough inspection of what my needs were. Found that my 27 year old air/?heating system needed replacing. Assisted me in getting it financed. Installed it, and made sure that the equipment was working properly before leaving. Very patient and caring staff.
For the last several service call through our warranty company we used to have to use this other HVAC company, who where terrible. Their owner was even a problem. We asked the warranty company to block them and assign someone else. That was Comfort Air Specialist. The service, from the scheduling staff to the technician has been top rate. Highly recommend.

Even during this massive Texas heat wave they were able to come out very quickly and resolve the cooling problem. Very important as this is for my 86 year old dad's home! Highly recommend.
I have been waiting since Saturday for the proper paperwork to be submitted in order for my home warranty to procced in accessing and resolving the issue

Horrible absolutely horrible. Idk how they have such great reviews. They have yet to resolve my issues. It’s extremely hot in my home. They’ve come over about 2-3 times and I’ve yet to get it resolved. They said it was the filter. I changed it. Nothing happened. They said they were ordering a part and never returned. The guy said to troubleshoot the ac about 5-6 steps. That’s what you’re getting paid to do. They’re telling me it’s cooling and I’m telling them it’s 80 degrees. Update: Unprofessional. The company has blocked my number. When I call it hangs up immediately. I have to dial *67. They’ve charged me numerous fees for Freon and everything under the sun and still haven’t fixed the issue. They should be sued. I cannot continue on like this during a heat wave.
Mr Seve was very professional. He came in and asked a few questions and got to. It didn’t take him long to get my AC back up running I thank God for that. Then he explained what he had to fix
Very bad service call and solution from this company. Technician did not diagnose the problem correctly. I had to hire a more reputable company to fix. Also, the so called technician bad mouthed the warranty company and said they never pay for anything. Then he proceeded to try to sell me a new unit. Other company came out and had it fixed in an hour.
The Air Comfort technician was very friendly, polite and professional.

You owe me $500 for missing a days work because you didn’t show up or bother to call. What kind of business are you running? I am a member of our HOA, which represents 4000 homes. They will all hear about Comfort air from me, And the lack of communication and causing your customers great stress and money because they have to take Off work, which cost him money you don’t belong in business in my estimation
Seve came in and easily fixed my AC system. I was in the heat for days. He came in and knew what the fix was right a way.
