Casey Aldridge was our technician for a recent service call. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and available ahead of our scheduled appointment. Not only did he fully check out our system, but he also honestly answered our questions about our thermostat and possible scenarios for its replacement based on our system. We’d gladly welcome him back into our home for additional services.
Just had our new HVAC installed. The guys (Andy, Noah and Pat) were very professional. Nice men. Amazing what they can do….even on a hot day! Cleaned up their worksite!! Yeah!
Casey did a wonderful job. He pointed out some trouble spots and explained it to me that I could understand. He fixed it for me immediately and was very efficient.
Cecil was our ‘summer check up guy’ and he was terrific. Arrived on time, was very respectful of our home ( and dog), and went out of his way to explain what he was doing throughout. A real professional and the kind of representative that gives the customer confidence in the company— Comfort Air
I am another very happy and satisfied customer of Comfort Air! My HVAC system (that was 20 years old) decided to die on the hottest weekend of the year. I called Comfort Air with the expectation that it would be a while before they could get out to look at it, but to my surprise, they were out the same day! Gabriel Cordova explained me my options on a new system, and they had everything in stock and could install it the next day! (even though it was 4th of July holiday) After five hours of installation with Jesus Pallan, I was cool again! Later on that evening, there was a circuit breaker issue, and even though it was after hours on a holiday, they came out immediately to resolve it. Now that’s real service! Not only was the service fast and efficient, but they always either called or emailed with the technicians ETA time and constant updates. (and the phone is always answered) A totally professional company that I highly recommend. Remember ‘Call Paul’ (Maybe I’ll get to meet him next time!)
Casey gave me great service, was an emergency he responded very quickly in 10 minutes was here next day at 9am to care of problem on Fourth of July no less will use comfort air again and Casey as well very professional

Brandon was great! First time at my house, though confort air has been servicing my units for a few year. Brandon worked quickly. Reviewed my units and gave me a quick run down of my 20 year old units. He also wore booties inside respecting my floors. He was amazing
Cecil did a fantastic job servicing our split system AC today. He is very professional and explains everything to us regarding our AC's. He also installed 2 surge protectors for them as well. We have been clients of Comfort Air for several years and all of their technicians do a great job.
We have been very pleased with our experience with Comfort Air. In particular, our service provider Adrian Contreras was thorough and pro active. Adrian has been our provider in the past and we would insist on having come to our home for all future calls.

He was patient and detailed explaining the process of cleaning our unit and made sure we’re ready for this terrible Summer heat! Good way to start the summer heat with your air conditioning system just giving up on you is the worst thing that can happen here in the desert. Brandon coming out and giving us the most honest answer that it was not a good idea fixing and eventually going out again. To having the system installed right the next day was the best of the best. Bill, Michael, Robert and Travis were the best they took their time and did the very best to get us feeling comfortable again. Thank you guys for being an awesome team. Also thank you Dominick for making sure everything went well and keeping me in the loop of everything. The best decision was to use Comfort Air.
Adrian just finished servicing our HVAC system and we are very pleased with his work and professional conduct. Everything was left the way he found it and the recommendations he made were very helpful. Great job, Adrian!
Had my semi-annual maintenance appointment today. My tech, Israel Flores, did his usual great job. Israel is a true professional and takes the time to explain all of his findings. Customer service at its best!
Comfort Air has the best customer service and communication. Colten came out for our most recent maintenance. He was right on time and very professional and friendly.
Thanks for sending Noah Hernandez &. Andy Garcia. They were right in time and exceedingly efficient in every aspect! Both guys worked diligently to change out my entire A/C , condenser and furnace system and cleaned as they completed a task… Together they worked extremely well and were helpful in answering questions when I asked them . It really was a pleasure having two such thorough men working on this job ! Thank you guys and thank you Paul for sending them !!!
I would like to say thank you to Comfort Air technician, Daniel Fisher, who completed my summer A/C maintenance on 6-21-23. Daniel worked on two A/C units for me, house and garage mini split. He did an outstanding job and both units are working beautifully. He showed up on time, was very professional, and gave me his input on options to best maintain my A/C equipment.
Brandon B did a superb job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and considerate of my home. Highly recommend him and comfort air
Brandon arrived on time and communicated with us via text and email so we knew when he would be arriving. He serviced our air-conditioning and replaced our air filters with efficiency. He checked the equipment and everything was in order. He was very courteous and friendly. Thank you, Brandon!
Daniell Fisher arrived at our house probably on time. He was very friendly and courteous. This was supposed to be a routine service, but he found other issues which he pointed out to us and repaired that no additional cost. It was a pleasure having Daniell work with us, and explain the issues which did arise, and we will not hesitate to ask for him in the future. Bob and Gail
