Fantastic service. Reasonably priced and unbelievably responsive. I called after 5:30pm and by 10:30Am the 2nd day my Heater was fixed and blowing hot air. I look forward to working with Comfort Air on an ongoing basis thank you .
Joe was wonderful! We called him in a panic on a Friday evening after normal business hours (around 7:30 p.m.), when we noticed our Heating unit was making an odd noise and not getting Hot air into the house. He was at our house before 10:00 the next morning, and had us up and running again by 11:00. Not only was he thorough in his explanations of what was going on with our system , his prices were fair, and he followed up with us the day after he completed his work to make sure everything was running smoothly
I recently reached out to Comfort Air for an estimate/quote to install a new 4 ton furnace for my 2 story home. Thanks to Google and the wonderful reviews for Comfort Air , I now have a new go to company for my A/C and Heater needs! Not only was the estimate very reasonable, but the Technician "Joe" was very professional and gave great advice and service options for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Comfort Air , Very Professional, Great Communication and overall a Great Experience and Company to work with!
Today I called comfort air as my heater was acting weird on off then on off as I previously called another company they came and claimed that my 7 years old system needed to be replaced, oh sure like I will replace my system every 7 years any way they said to repair it They need to replace the controller whatever that is at cost of $950 ,and they can't guarantee the heater will work right after that , so called comfort air Joe answered and right away on the phone I knew he is an honest person first response was very unusual that a 7 years old system would need replacement, so I had him come and when the furnace started acting up he knew right away what was wrong , he then pulled a part cleaned it and installed Back and the heater starting to work the it should .he looked over everything and told me that the heater is in good working order . It is very hard to find a knowledgeable and an honest company these days , comfort air was that company that I will have on my speed dials for my heating and AC needs . Thank you for making my home warm again .
I am not one to write reviews BUT when it comes to this company, I have to stop what I am doing & praise them. 5 stars is not enough!!! We have all heard the word FANATICAL, as a matter of fact it was a local Orange County company that coined the phrase FANATICAL SERVICE. Well, Comfort Air provides this level of service AND MORE! From the moment I called to the moment I talked to Joe the technician, the communication & the professional service was beyond belief. There is NO reason why I wouldn't call on Comfort Air for my A/C needs. The owner of this company needs to get a pat on the back for grooming his employees & his business to act this way.
