Couldn’t be happier with the repair/service. I am not very trusting of big corporations after being burned so many times so it was nice to work with a small business owner who knew how to get the job done quickly and cost effectively. If you want to have a big company come out and tell you that you need a whole new system, be my guest. I would much rather have a small business give it to me straight so I know what I’m actually dealing with.
I tried so hard not to leave a review because he is a small business but by this time after having a new company come out and finding several issues with my unit including the fan motor he replaced being the incorrect motor piece, I'm over it. He was nice, but nice doesn't get the job done. He was unresponsive and the only way I could get in touch with him was to have my warranty company call him.It took almost 2 weeks for him to get the part which I found out now is the incorrect part. Before he left, I told him my air wasn't blowing cold. It was warm. He replied that my unit has been down so long that it has to cool down before getting cool air. That didn't sound right bc the air was completely warm. My uncle use to work on units and always told me that my air should at least be 70 degrees on start up and cool down as needed depending on the temp outside. But here he is telling me I need to wait several hours to even get any type of cold. I called him over and over and texted him for him to come back out on what is to be a guaranteed 30 day warranty.. This time me or the warranty company could get a response so they assigned someone else and I had to pay more money for other issues including fixing his. I do not recommend this company. It is ran solely by him which may be the problem, but also his knowledge in ac units is not up to par.
Ben fixed our furnace..so far, so good. They arrived on time and got our heat working again. Thanks for being honest, fair and professional.
This is the second time that our home warranty co has sent Ben from Comfort Agent LLC to our home is Gastonia for our HVAC needs. We could not be happier with his level of professionalism, respect and knowledge. We anticipate using his services again in the future

Ben & Octavian recently installed a new heat pump in a Condo unit we purchased. They are both professional, courteous and strive to maintain the highest standards for their business and customers. I would highly recommend you give them a shot.
My home is 20 years old, and we have owned it for the past 10 years. We've had various local companies come by to patch our aging system over the years but finally, our HVAC unit kicked the bucket during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I called Comfort Agents to provide aquote, and not only did the agents install the new unit quickly, they also followed up to ensure that the unit was working properly. Unfortunately, the unit wasn't cooling properly so the agents returned and realized that we had a faulty refrigerant coil. He determined that the coil was still under warranty and drove 30 miles out of his way to retrieve the replacement and installed the new coil within 24 hours of his visit. Their professionalism was very much appreciated and I am thankful to have finally found a business that I can trust

Wonderful Experience!!! Our air decided to quit working on us a few days before our son's birthday party at our house. Ben was able to come out and fix our issue in a timely manner. Will refer to anyone who has air or heat issues.
I've had Ben repair my AC twice in the last year. He's responsive, shows up on time and really knows his stuff. He's also by far the most honest HVAC person I've ever dealt with. He'll tell you exactly what you need, charges unbelievably far rates and won't try to sell you services or repairs you don't need. If you have any HVAC needs, I would 100% call this guy first.
Initially was set up with comfort agents by our home warranty to complete an AC repair. We had difficulty with our home warranty and the technician from comfort air, Ben was great in working with us and following up with the home warranty company. The technician went out of his way to complete follow up calls to home warranty as they were being difficult. Once the part was ordered by the home warranty and ready for pick up he competed the repair same day for us and worked around our late schedule to accommodate. He seemed genuinely invested in our air being fixed and empathized with not having air on 90 degree days. Very pleased with the service, professionalism and flexibility of scheduling. They now have a new customer... we will be using them to have our annual heating and air maintenance completed. Also very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend
Comfort Agents Heating and Air did a great job replacing the evaporator coil in our AC. Ben was honest and polite and made sure we understood what was going on during each step while working with our home warranty company. Ben cared about the quality of the job and took extra steps to make sure everything was working correctly prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend his services!
