Outstanding work from these guys, very professional workers and extremely helpful. I’m pretty nosy when it comes to people doing stuff to my house but they were very informative and showed me everything they were doing. They removed both of my old units and installed one new Tran unit for the whole house.
Mr, Mohamed was awesome. He was out to my house within 20 minutes of my call, which was beyond unexpected. He was professional, quick to get the job done, and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to take me for an extra dollar and telling me I needed extra done (which many servicemen do, my being a woman, not having a clue about this stuff). He was respectful and took his shoes off outside the house before coming in, and was very sweet to my toddler and my dog, an unnecessary thing that made it feel more like a friend coming by to work on something rather than some cold stranger coming in to do their job like a robot and get paid and leave. I would DEFINITELY a call them next time I need service. —and ask for Mohamed :)
Muhammad is a nice and pleasant person. However, the quality of his work is questionable. I had my HVAC system replaced and this company failed the inspection by the city of Charlotte, twice. Shortly after passing the inspection, my unit was found to be laying on it’s side. In result, I had to hire another vendor to correct this companies mistakes and to properly secure my HVAC unit. Think twice before hiring this company. It has been a stressful experience.

Totally incompetent. I wish I could give zero stars. Lodged complaint with the contractor review board from my home warranty company. Work was not done to code, against state regulations. 2 reputable HVAC companies confirmed the work was extremely poor and one mentioned they need to find a different line of business, because they obviously don't know what they are doing.
Our AC went out on a holiday. Comfort AC responded within the hour and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.
